Wickes - Stafford Reviews 

Had issue with product I wanted to purchase and Nathan very pro active and sorted very quickly.

In late April 2023 we paid £1200 for a small bathroom to be fitted(iam on here somewhere from then). They sent what can only be described as a cowboy to do a terrible job and wreck the house. The after sales is a minus star,they don't care,and the people you talk to one week,has moved on the next,starting the whole process back to the start. We've had several people out,all giving us start dates only to leave the company and nothing to become of it. The latest was a penciled in total refit for next week only to be told yesterday it's now august! Two and a half years waiting to stop the leaks and actually fix what was the absolute basics. Iam sure there's happy bathroom customers...somewhere...but iam not one of them,they knew the fitter was a shambles,but they backed him and it's so bad that the job still isn't signed off. I don't know how much compensation I should have off them,but I'll take the 12 grand back and get a professional in

Came in on a busy bank holiday Monday and the staff were available to help, I found the paint and decorating bits I needed, was served promptly at the tills

Lisa was extremely helpful, very professional, listened to what I had to say while designing my new kitchen, and adapted her suggestions accordingly. She took a great deal of care to ensure that I got what I wanted. I was impressed by her knowledge and skill, when she came to my house to measure up my kitchen and then her computer skills in producing the plans to my requirements. I was very pleased.

As a tradesman I use Wickes in Stafford very regularly and honestly can not fault the store or staff. They always go above and beyond and are a genuine asset to me and my business!

We went to Wickes last week to look at the kitchens , the sales lady Deb Mason helped to book a home visit to measure up , she arrived on the day we chose and she gave us ideas we had never thought of and we had the appointment the following Monday to choose our kitchen. Deb Mason was so lovely and friendly and very professional and we came away knowing we had chosen the right place to buy and have our kitchen installed. Thank you Deb as you made our experience very informative and your ideas and experience are very appreciated , we cannot wait to have the kitchen installed

Deb Mason from the Stafford store designed my kitchen. She really impressed me how she listened to what I required and recommended lots of options that I hadn’t thought about. A very friendly lady who went above and beyond. I’m so impressed with the service Deb provided and I’m over the moon with my new kitchen. Also thanks to Mark the kitchen fitter would was superb and lessened any anxieties I had.

From first booking our appointment with Deb Mason at the Stafford branch everything was handled really well. Our kitchen plan was sorted very quickly and we soon got a date for the installation. The fitter was great (Enzo), kept us informed and was polite and tidy and extremely professional. Would definatley recommend

Recently ordered a kitchen from Wickes Stafford. We were assisted by Deb Mason. Deb initially came to our home to measure up and was really helpful with some useful suggestions for the design. Deb is extremely knowledgeable and is always available to answer any questions I have had. Looking forward to having my kitchen fitted. I would highly recommend Deb and the service I have received at Wickes.

Our kitchen is now complete,Lisa Rushby designed it for us ,it's absolutely amazing looks exactly like the pictures of the plans ! We can't thank her enough we are over the moon,the fitter Tony was just brilliant too,he was a perfectionist,the whole procedure from start to finish went very well,I would highly recommend this company,thank you wickes and thank you Lisa and Tony,our dream kitchen is now complete.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! Do not use this company to fit your bathroom or kitchen. We had our bathroom fitted TWICE by Wickes to try and get it right and now we have a newborn baby and left with thick black mould growing in our shower area due to poorly fitted tiles and damp. Awful customer care, they just want your money. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else. Compensation offered of £150 was just an insult after what we have been through.

Bought a bespoke kitchen , quite a few of the goods arrived damaged, scratches, scuffs, dirty marks , had not been painted sufficiently, made my designer aware of this, was assured before buying the kitchen that any damaged items would have replacements sent out , after installing the kitchen I made a list and sent out photos of the items that were damaged on delivery , they have refused to send me replacements and want nothing to do with it now , after spending over £4000 on a kitchen I would like to think the customer service would be a bit higher than usual.

My daughter has a bathroom that she loves. We had an excellent design advisor with Lisa Rushby. This was followed with a great team that completed the bathroom both electricians and building company. Thank you for the excellent service and completion of the works.
