What a clean and tidy store. Nothing was too much trouble for Mary the cashier. Couldn’t find the stock but she organised its location and had it present at the till by Anthony. Thank you Mary and Anthony a credit to Wicks .

The gentleman that helped me was called Tom he was amazing and so helpful he listened to me and he designed my kitchen to my needs I would recommend wicks and tom to anybody that is thinking of buying a kitchen

All the workers are very helpful, not a massive store but carry most of the stuff you need, above all else we got one at Torquay so I now don’t have to go the rip off place down the road, oh and I get 10% off everything.

Over the past few days I have been working on a project and decided to visit Wickes in Torquay. What a really wonderful experience. The floor staff absolutely amazing, help me no end to sort what I needed. Checked stock and acquired more parts I needed from their stock room. The staff on the checkout such a delightful team. A very relaxed DIY shopping experience

Omg, what a difference. I’d been to a few builders merchants trying to source and price the materials I needed to complete my project.
I walked in to Wicks Torquay and was immediately greeted with the warmest of smiles. The Lady behind the desk not only knew her stuff but had my best interests in hand. Connie was by far the best customer focused assistant I’d had the pleasure to meet. I couldn’t have my ideal chosen delivery date but after adjusting how we bought my order, my complete order is being delivered on my requested day. She went above and beyond for me, the customer and I truly hope “Wicks” know how good an employee they have there.

We visited Wickes in Torquay for the first time, although it's our nearest large DIY outlet. We were very impressed by the help provided by staff - especially Tony - who went out of his way to assist with our queries. We ended up buying more than planned, but we were happy to do so as the prices were excellent as was the service. 👍

We have purchased many and item from your Torquay branch of Wickes. The store is always clean well stocked and very easy to navigate around. Prices are always good value with many a good deal regularly which other DIY stores do not give. Your staff are always very helpful when finding items. The lady at the checkout is especially helpful and always very cheerful, and friendly. Good experience al round.

Lorraine is absolutely brilliant, such a professional, friendly and knowledgeable person. The exact designer you would want handing a really important space, she flawlessly knew the tiny details of products and brands, her way around the showroom to every draw example and her enthusiasm was brilliant. We have had a kitchen (including flooring) installed by Wickes and are very pleased with the service and result of the project.
Firstly Lorraine (the design consultant) visited and listened to our wishes, producing a lovely design. She was open to changes to the plan that we suggested, and did her best to ensure that we were happy with the design and the price.
Then Jason (the kitchen installer) and his team also visited prior to the install and prepared the kitchen in advance. The actual installation was done very well with minimal mess and disruption. Jason and his team were also open to minor tweaks that we requested during the process.
In addition, we were in touch with Wickes's Customer Experience team who provided a helpful backup, for example when the delivery date had to be rescheduled to the next day.
All together top marks all round, we are very proud of our new kitchen. Thank you.

Purchased a Dulux "matt" paint. Definitely not matt more like satin. Returned another tin of "silk" and the assistant was totally unresponsive, like UH!
