Outstanding customer service
Rebecca Potter, the lady who dealt with the design, ordering and finance of my new bathroom, was extremely friendly, courteous and efficient. She knew her stuff back to front and nothing was too much trouble. Customer service can be perfunctory at best these days so it was refreshing to deal with someone who took an interest and the time to get things exactly as I wanted. Thanks Becky for a smooth, straightforward, honest and stress-free experience

Rebecca is friendly and professional
Rebecca is friendly and professional, has a wide knowledge on the products and a good vision on kitchen layout both aesthetically and practically for use, plumbing and electrics. She is extremely helpful and nothing is too much trouble, even coming in on her day off.
