The time that Mitchell took in trying to find a replacement for a kitchen cupboard under light. Very polite and interested in his approach. I wish more Customer Service assistants in other shops/businesses adopted the same "customer care" approach.

First visited the store back in February, Steve served me and brought to my attention the Wickes 10% off trade card, what a great move! I am currently refurbishing my daughter’s flat and have purchased pretty much everything from this branch.
All the staff are an absolute a credit to the term, customer service so helpful in every way, keep up the standard it makes people like me keep on returning to you store.

Paint confusion
Came in earlier this week and got myself a little confused over paint. A very helpful member of staff (I can't recall his name but he was an American guy) walked me through step by step what I needed each paint for and recommended the right ones for me. Without his assistance I'd probably still be there now looking lol. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful and clearly trained to a high standard. Kudos wickes, I will definitely be back!

Always find the staff in Wickes WGC very friendly and accommodating. Had to collect a lot of bulky items today and Johnny was so helpful. Very friendly throughout and loaded it all into my trolley for me and took it out and loaded it all into my car.
