Have only great things to say about wickes wgc! From ordering polycarbonate sheets and delivery to my home, perfect 👌, staff member GREG has been amazing and helped me so much from start to finish... a CREDIT to wickes!!

Great staff, nice and helpful people. We ordered some Ashbury laminate and it was in our car in less than 30min, all 360kg of it!
Special shout to Mitchell, top guy he brought the pallet on a forklift straight from the warehouse and also helped us load. He also advised about the weight which I would have overlooked and maybe break something otherwise.

Ashley at Wickes (Welwyn Garden City) is one of the nicest sales person I’ve ever come across. He is most helpful and will keep going until you are completely satisfied and happy. I first visited Wickes in October 2023 when I had my Bathroom fitted which by the way I love! So when getting my kitchen re designed and fitted, I knew I wanted to go back to see Ashley again. As he had already gained my trust and find him extremely helpful and accommodating. Nothing has been too much trouble to him, even when asking to go through things several times. He is fantastic at his job from design to being an honest and professional sales person. I would always recommend Ashley at Wickes for all the reasons above plus I consider him to be a very genuine and nice person.
The products themselves from Wickes are outstanding! Excellent quality, built to last, aesthetically pleasing too the eye, just perfect!

Always prefer Wickes to B&Q - but Welwyn is a great store. I dropped a tube of PVA right by the exit as I was leaving - despite a super busy morning the guys were really nice about it, replaced my tub even though it was my fault and cleared it up for me. Very kind and really great service. Thanks.

All of the staff at Wickes WGC have been so helpful in helping me to find the right materials needed for a small building project. The manager Michael went above and beyond to help when we came to the store.

I went into the Welwyn Garden City branch yesterday to collect items for a school project. We wanted to build a mud kitchen and water table, and we managed to get everything we needed at the branch. The staff were all very helpful, especially the manager, Michael, who was very accommodating and helpful - and a very nice man to boot! 

Nathaniel and Greg both helped me on separate occasions with orders and deliveries. Friendly and knowledgable - glad I went in instead of doing it all online.

Helen and Michael S were so so helpful. Friendly and spent a long time sorting out a delivery. Feel they went above and beyond. Thanks guys

Excellent customer service today from Frankie at wgc. He was Helpful, polite friendly and informative. Also excellent customer service from Greg who was placing an order for me when I changed my mind half way through. Very patience and polite. Also great service from Mitchell who helped us to the car.

I searched for an item but couldn't find what I needed so asked the guy at the till if they stock it. He was dismissive and disinterested. I had to explain what it was , what it was used for and as a last resort showed him a phone pic of said item. The shop was empty so I wasn't holding anyone up in the queue.
I left to shop elsewhere

Fantastic experience from start to finish with a new kitchen installation for my mum. We worked with Ashley Williams from the Welwyn branch, I would highly recommend, he was super patient, calm and very easy to work with, nothing was any trouble and he made sure that we could work out a solution to meet our needs and budget. Also the planner and fitters were excellent too, everything was carried out as planned and ahead of schedule in the end, all very professional, excellent quality and workmanship.
We were all super impressed with the service and quality from Wickes and I have been recommending to my friends and family. Thanks so much for such a good experience.

I recently purchased a new kitchen with Amy from Wickes Welwyn and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! Great experience and service from the showroom team and fitter Paul McCarthy designing and fitting our new Kitchen. As well as the colleagues on the shop floor when it came to ordering the tiles and flooring to complete the project.
