New Bathroom.
We went to Wickes in Welwyn Garden City with the hope to upgrade our bathroom. We spent some time with Ashley who listened to our wants and needs. After he visited our house to measure everything correctly, he sent us some great plans. He made it very easy for us to make some small amends. We now can not wait to see it when it is done.

Ashley was great from start to finish. The design was excellent and Ashley was very patient. I would highly recommend.

Went in Wickes to get some flooring, once we got to the till, we was served by Greg, who was very helpful and informative, and even advised and helped myself sign up for a TradePro card listing all the benefits of having one, allowing me to save 10% on my purchase! Brilliant customer service!

We have used Wickes before for our kitchen and again they didn't disappoint us on our 2nd occasion. Our design consultant Amy Tang was exceptional, right from the moment we walked into the showroom and all the way through to us placing the order.

We had our bathroom designed by Amy Tang at the Welwyn Garden City store and installed by Chris Bembridge.
She was very professional and patient, and went above and beyond to ensure the design was perfect. Her advice and her product knowledge, as well as the Wickes installation service made the whole experience easy and stress free.

I had the pleasure of working with Ashley for a complete bathroom remodel, and he completely put me at ease from our first consultation. Ashley has an incredible eye for design. He took the time to understand my preferences and lifestyle, incorporating my ideas while introducing innovative concepts I hadn’t even considered. The balance between aesthetics and functionality was seamless—every fixture, tile, and colour palette felt intentional and cohesive.
Throughout the project, communication was transparent and frequent. Ashley kept me informed about progress, any challenges, and key decision points, ensuring that everything stayed on schedule. They worked closely with contractors, managing every aspect of the remodel with precision. It was refreshing to work with someone who is as professional as they are creative.

I have recently moved to WGC and have used Wickes for lots of DIY requirements. The staff are always polite and helpful, but I would like to praise Greg who went above and beyond to help me yesterday.
I needed 2 items that I couldn't locate but he spent time searching the shelves and suggesting alternative solutions. He was very patient explaining how to adjust a door catch I needed, so a big thank you for your excellent service.

Helen at WGC branch was just so patience and helpful. Helped me create an online order. To be honest all the staff at this branch and really knowledgeable and approachable. So happy I only live around the corner.

Great experience in Welwyn Wickes the other day. The staff go above and beyond every visit. Shout out to Michael the store manager who always leads from the front. Also another big shout out for the designer Oliver who was very helpful in the show room and giving us some good inspiration for our kitchen ideas.

Went to B&Q for some C10 wood and couldn't find it anywhere - the assistant didn't even know what I was on about. Went to Wickes and Greg assisted me, it was seemless service. Been back to Wickes numerous times since and Greg's pretty much advised on all my home projects (he may as well have done it himself). He advised all the right products - very informative, polite and helpful. I am now a Wickes TradePro user account holder.

After using Wickes for our house renovation, we decided to carry on with our bathroom and kitchen too. One of the team members is Ollie, who couldn't have been more helpful, friendly and trustworthy. From initial consultation right through to measuring, choosing and delivering the goods he exceeded our expectations. He answered all my questions and was patient and steadfast when I changed my mind several times, about colour, materials and appliances. He had great ideas about space saving and use of cupboards etc. We couldn't be happier with our kitchen and bathroom, all thanks to Ollie!

We designed and ordered a lifestyle kitchen project with Wickes in Welywn. Oliver, who was our designer, was so helpful and guided us through the whole journey and took our budget seriously, and got the most out of it. The end result was a beautiful kitchen. Can't thank Wickes anymore for the brilliant service.
