Ben designed the kitchen and was excellent at advising us on it. We had the hob, oven and cooker hood provided in the cost. The fitters fitted the kitchen in 2.5 days. They were excellent. The gas and electrician people came within the fitting period and were excellent. I will advise anyone to use Wickes as I had no faults within the whole process, and it will be the first place I look if needing this service in the future. Thank you Ben.

I came into wickes Runcorn store , I needed to buy 6bags of top soil . Great member of staff helped me put them in my car . I then went back into the store to purchase a garden leveller and the same man went to the trouble of finding the item and again kindly put it into my car . Great service , very friendly and cheerful member of staff helped,

Well what a disaster from start to finish. Items were delivered minus plans and quite a few parts. Driver assured us he had checked it off and everything was there. Once the fitter come it was evident that a number of items were missing. Not a problem you'd think. They can just be sent out. We'll think again. Items were apparently ordered but never turned up after waiting 7 days. On 4 occasions. Items came damaged. Spent a long time chasing customer services. Items eventually all came approx 6 weeks after initial delivery. Fitter had done the days hed quoted us for so needed another date to finish off. Wickes attitude is we shouldn't of instructed a fitter until all Items delivered and accounted for and therefore were lucky to be offered a £200 compensation to cover the £420 cost plus all of the inconvenience and stress. On a plus the units are lovely now in. Im my opinion it wasn't worth the hassle of trying to get the parts we paid for and the sheer incompetence of wickes customer services. I won't even go onto the design mistakes from the widnes branch. Really poor customer service and bang average design service

We are now into the 7th week from having our kitchen completed and l regret deciding to go with wickes. We still have issues with the completion. We have an extractor fan that does not work and have had 2 weeks of promises that it would be resolved. Customer service are of no help as they have closed our job. We had to get the fitter back for numerous issues..light not working, incomplete grouting, untidy sealent, panels missing, damaged grill on extractor, gap in coving , leak under the sink. We have had to pay a joiner to sort out the kick boards . Basically it has taken the whole enjoyment from having a new kitchen. I wish we had done more research and read reviews before we decided to go with Wickes.

We cane to the Widnes store to look at laminate flooring and was approached by Brian who was absolutely amazing, friendly and very very helpful. He is an asset to the company and embodies exactly what customer service should. The man deserves a pay rise and employee of the month in our opinion. I called into the Widnes store to have a look at the kitchens.
I'm very impressed with the store layout and both the kitchen and bathroom ranges.
I purchased some diy items whilst I was there and was served at the checkout by Albie.
He was very polite and helpful and a credit to the store.

We were planning our new kitchen for the last 6 months. Adding/changing things, had few designs from different companies. And then we come a cross Wickes. We have had a home visit with kitchen designer Lyndsey Matthews. Very professional,polite and customer focused lady! She was so exited and focused on what she was doing for a moment we thought she is planning our kitchen for herself!! Exceptional customer service! We have now ordered our new kitchen and waiting for delivery!

The communication between the store and the fitters was none existent which meant it went way over the initial estimate!
We were also told we should just pay off the finance with an O% credit card to save paying interest but the finance company doesn't except interest! I don't honestly believe any of this was malicious just really poor salesmen ship. I would not go back to wicks!

Lyndsey Matthew’s was amazing, she came to our home to measure up, she was polite informed and creative. Really helping our vision come to life, we even tried to change her design but soon reverted back, she knows what looks good and what will work in your space!!
