Patient, professional assistance with picking the right shoes. Huge selection of shoes, and the staff can access the factory stock through a hatch. My feet even look better, because I was able to go down a shoe size and the shoes are not at all chunky, contrary to expectations. I bought 3 pairs to cover all occasions: indoor, outdoor and boots. --- I have been wearing the shoes for 2 days now and my feet feel so much better. I wish I had discovered this place a long time ago.

I thought that I would try this company again as my foot problem had slightly improved. I tried a few styles as it was so easy to return them but unfortunately none were suitable. Such a shame because I really liked the ones that I tried. This is not the companies fault at all as the boots are of good quality and under different circumstances would have fitted me well. Their customer service is wonderful too. Hopefully when my feet have healed completely I will be able to come back again and make a purchase. Thank you xx

Visited the showroom today and what a lovely experience! The two ladies were very friendly and so helpful, and I came away with the trainers I’d gone for plus a lovely pair of heels, that fitted like a glove. Very pleased

The fitting suite at Rushden had been extended since my last visit, giving access to a much larger range and choice options. As mentioned in other reviews the staff are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient. By their approach the staff took away my reticence and shame about my feet. I despair of getting shoes which are stylish and fit but they had no trouble in finding the items perfect for me. I came away a very happy customer.

Ordered some patent shoes online and collected from shop. When I fitted them, they were too big. Usually the shop side of company requires an appointment booking, however the shop assistant kindly obliged and could not have been more helpful, bringing other sizes to try. The shoes fit like a glove. I then decided to buy a second pair - why not with 25% off! and also walked out with the most wonderful memory foam slippers (for free as part of their 80 for 80 celebrations. The last pair I had from there has lasted 5 years - my favourite ever shoes. Thank you again for your outstanding service

I bought a pair of brown ankle boots. I had previously bought a pair from a similar web site with funniky enough a simialr name to wider shoes for about £70 more, these though are excellent they fir my prosthtic perfectly and ont look like clown shoes that are wide and long. Very stylish and you can polish them so they always look good and more importantly they last.

My husband had nearly an hour with your made to measure shoe fitting service. The lady who did his feet measure explained how the inner sole helps for a perfect fit. The shoes he chose are so comfortable well worth the trip to Rushden (we live in Peterborough). He has as was advised just worn the shoes in the house since he purchased the shoes - pleased to say still comfortable and will be keeping them on when I go out today.

It is the first time I have used this company. But it certainly won't be the last. Thank God I found them! I have various problems with my feet and have really struggled in the last year to find comfortable shoes. NOW I HAVE FOUND THEM with this company. I bought my first pair last week. And my God it's like wearing the most comfortable pair of slippers know to man! After measuring my feet and discovering by their measurements I actually went from a 5 to a 4 I was a bit dubious. After speaking with the company who told me this was a regular thing with their shoes as they are wider and deeper than normal high street shoes. I decided to take the chance and I'm glad I did. What a difference their shoes have made to my feet. Even with Orthotics in they are so comfortable. I won't be buying shoes from anyone else from now on. And I definitely recommend this company for quality, price, service and their quick delivery too. Also their free return service. What more could anyone ask for from a company

Our initial telephone contact was handled very well by the ladies in Customer Services resulting in a one hour appointment being made at the Rushden Fitting Centre. After a four hour long drive we had difficulty locating the premises meaning we were overdue on the appointment. We contacted Customer Services to inform of our late arrival, they informed the Fitting Center and we were then introduced to Sarah who navigated us to the door issuing street by street instructions over the phone, superb service and very much appreciated.
We were welcomed by Sue at the Fitting Center.
Sue has a great product knowledge, she explained how correct shoe fitting can be achieved by utilising the various features of design, eg, toe shapes, strap extension, removable insoles, various widths and fastenings etc, all ensuring perfect fit footwear.
My wife was perfectly fitted with Boots, Shoes and Trainers that accommodate swollen feet and ankles, these provide more support and comfort.
A First Class Company, Great Products, Staffed by Knowledgeable and Customer Caring Personnel.
Great Service and Highly Recommended.

Friendly, helpful staff that took time and trouble to ensure I had the correct shoes.

we visited the fitting centre to get some shoes for my wife. the 2 ladies in there were more than helpful very friendly and cheerful. unlike most places these days everything was in stock. no need to back order wait or the standard go online cop out. we came away with 4 pairs of shoes that fit perfectly
if you need wider /deeper shoes this is the place to go

I have purchased two pair of shoes from the Rushden shop previously, on this last visit I purchased a further two pairs, I found the staff very helpfull & the shoes to be comfortable, which is helpfull with my condition. I am receiving treatment for my feet at the podiatry clinic at Ngh, these shoes help my condition.

My husband & I had an appointment today. The two ladies were very helpful and advised us which size/ style would be suitable. We are so pleased to come away with shoes that feel comfortable immediately 😊

I discovered DB Shoes only because Sara Davies, the entrepreneur of Dragons"Den fame, appeared on a You Tube pop-up singing its praises and she is a sensible woman !
I have lymphoedema and finding shoes to fit is a nightmare. I rang Customer Service to seek guidance on their sizing and the young woman who took my call could not have been more helpful. She highlighted specific shoes which she thought fitted my needs. I researched accordingly and ordered a pair. They arrived today in just 48 hours, fit like a dream and are like walking on air. I am absolutely thrilled and so very grateful. They have a customer for life!

Just received my first pair of DB wide fit shoes.My feet haven't felt this comfortable in years. A perfect fit and very stylish, I will be buying all my footwear from them from now on.

Visited their fitting centre the other day and we arrived an hour early but Sue and Jackie insisted we came in even though it was their lunchtime.
They spent an inordinate amount of time measuring and finding the correct sized shoes.
Absolutely fantastic service from them both with a dose of humour thrown in.
Ended up buying six pairs of shoes!
Thrilled with all 6 pairs been looking for years for comfortable shoes.
Well worth visiting their fitting centre
