Product listed on website incorrectly
The product I ordered was not what I received. After several days, I received notice that the item was listed incorrectly on the site. They apologized and offer to refund but, since I live in Japan, I would have to pay return postage up front for the return and wait for the return to be received before they would process any actual refund of the purchase price and any postage fees I incur to send the item back.
I decided against processing a refund as it would take too long and too many things could go wrong.
