Thank you for the feedback. We offer a range of couriers including DX, UPS, Royal Mail and Evri. With the order value of your purchase you qualified for free DX next day delivery which is what you opted for, though other services were available. I understand that DX stated on the tracking that they attempted delivery to you on Christmas Eve however you had been waiting in all day and had no contact from them. DX then completed delivery on the next working day on the 27th. We understand that this can be very frustrating, especially around Christmas, however on the whole we have found DX to be reliable at delivering within the specified time parameters so it seems you have been quite unlucky here, i suspect with pre-Christmas rush.
