Good value and great service

Turned bad into good
Great company with personal response - when the crappy delivery company EVRI could not deliver they resent with no argument even answering emails on a weekend. Totally avoid the crap tax dodging EVRI but do buy from WOLF as they where great.

Incorrect original description of Kool stop Dura rim blocks.
Not used Wolf cycles before but wanted some Kool Stop Dura 2 rim salmon brake blocks as replacements in the very wet weather we have been experiencing. They advertise Dura salmon blocks describing them as Dura 2 blocks. I specifically asked them to clarify what I was buying. No response and they sent me the original Dura salmon brake blocks. They will work but are not so thick and are wider on the rim plus the plough on Dura originals make my brakes squeal until they wear off. To be fair they did come back to me some 3 weeks later and offer me Dura 2 blocks FOC. Thanks Alex I appreciate the offer.

I'm sorry to hear this. Having checked your order I can see that you selected the KoolStop Dura's from our store rather than the Dura 2 pads which we also sell, however I can see that our description was not very clear on this mistakenly referencing the Dura 2 pads, therefore we have now updated it to better reflect the product. Our customer service did not however receive a message from yourself prior to purchase.
We've reached out to you offering you a free replacement set of the Dura 2' pads on us as we can see this is what you were really after. If you can get back to us we can arrange shipping.

There was a warranty issue - not of their making - they sorted it efficiently and without question.

First time using Wolfcycles
First time using Wolfcycles. Wanted to get some winter tyres before the rubbish weather arrives and Wolfcycles had the Continental Ride Tour I was looking for at by far the best price. Ordering was easy, straightforward and delivery was tracked. Already recommended Wolfcycles and the Tour Ride tyres to a colleague. Will deffo use Wolfcycles again. Very happy.

Brilliant service
Ordered some shimano cleats and cleat covers, excellent price and not copies like all the ultra cheap stuff on fleabay. Arrived with in 2 days via Evri, tracking numbers supplied so you know when it’s going to arrive. Brilliant service, wouldn’t hesitate to use Wolf again.
