Beautiful bed
Beautiful bed, excellent quality and impeccable service.
I’ve always been a bit dubious about ottoman beds, worrying they may be a bit noisy and not solid - that’s definitely not the case with our new Yark bed! Each part is so well made, very heavy and excellent quality.
The bed arrived on our specified day which was great, but the couriers had damaged the main headboard box, unfortunately marking the fabric headboard. But Yark customer services dealt with the issue really quickly and professionally. The guy who called me on the phone was so polite and I can’t fault the company one bit! Excellent experience overall, and amazing bed.

Amazing beds!
Designed my yark bed for the spare bedroom with the pocket mattress and got the bundle deal. Amazing quality, perfect for any bedroom especially with the deep storage. Customer service was great, so responsive to my initial enquiry. Everything was in stock and delivered in 48 hours. None of this waiting for 12 weeks business.
Would 1000% recommend.

Can't believe the quality. Bought the tall buttoned bed in deep midnight blue with the ottoman base. WOW. The quality is amazing, Easy to put together, you just follow the YouTube video that you get messaged. Delivery was super quick, Kept informed.

Stop looking at reviews and just buy the bed
I bought the double ottoman and wowwweee. It looks so much more expensive than it is, the quality is incredible, really sturdy. I’m writing this 6 months after buying and I’m still as in love with it as I was on day one.
The reviews are true in that it is a bit of a pain to put up, but we’ve bought ottomans from other companies and it’s no harder/easier. The instructions are great.
From start to finish I was kept in contact about my order/when it was arriving etc. And I’ve recommended Yark to two other people who have also had similarly positive experiences.

Beautiful beds!
We purchased a double bed base with 2 drawers, headboard and mattress for my daughter's bedroom. The site was easy and simple to navigate, there was a good choice of styles, fabrics and colours. I found the designer tool very user friendly and visual - really helpful to be able to see the chosen design before purchase. Delivery is free and you can choose a date that best suits you. I'd done hours of searching on the internet as we needed a low headboard and very specific design that would fit into an awkward space. Yark Beds offered the only solution that I could find. Great value and quality! Delivery was on time, assembly was straightforward. My daughter is over the moon with her stylish and comfy bed!

Email before you order to check stock.
Would strongly advise you email them to check they have the bed you want in stock. Their website shows them all in stock, let’s you place an order and pay even if they don’t have the bed in stock. I was really looking forward to getting my Yark bed but was told they wouldn’t have it for months even though it let me order and select delivery for 2 days time!
Customer service were relatively helpful & let me cancel my order straight away after they’d tried to sell me a different colour.
To add to their reply, I didn’t order the wrong fabric. It changed my order to a silver bed after i had paid. They also apparently didn’t have this in stock but still accepted an order for it.

Brilliant quality, prompt delivery. 100% fab
I had searched everywhere for the bed I wanted. A fabric ottoman with a high headboard. Thought I found one but there was a 12 week wait so somehow I stumbled upon Yark.
Best. Find. Ever
The bed is beautiful. Heavy and definitely built to last. I paired it with a simba mattress and it’s an absolute dream.
The only two minor improvements I would suggest would be to enhance the instructions as some of the elements were difficult to connect together and the ottoman still feels quite heavy to lift up for the storage… not sure what I can do about that.
But … if you are thinking about buying a quality bed, at an amazing price, with a prompt delivery time…. Do not hesitate

12 weeks!!! You can travel the whole 🌍 and back in that time. We’ll never understand those long lead times, which is why we deliver the day after tomorrow. I
But seriously, we really appreciate you taking the time to leave a glowing review.
We’re all about quality, so our beds are heavier than those off the shelf beds because we use thicker foam, heavier wood and a better grade of fabric. But, as you know, it’s worth it.
The ottoman will be stiff to begin with, but they’re designed for everyday usage so they’ll ease when you open and close a couple of times.

Amazing value! Top quality and looks far more expensive than it actually cost. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of buying, just read the instructions before assembling and follow step by step without rushing ahead, it’s then very straightforward.

Bed looks nice, took a while to assemble
I got a king ottoman bed with winged headboard. It feels luxurious, but it took me and my partner a while to assemble it as we're not really good at DIYs - haha. We read the instructions and watched their video on YouTube and they both helped. You definitely do need a drill for an ottoman though. If you have any doubts about assembling the bed etc, go watch their video before you buy it so you at least have an idea on what you would need to do.

Impressed with speed of delivery

I struggled to contact Yark at the outset when I needed assistance on delivery. It would have been useful to have a number advertised on their website or when you order in order to call their customer care team. Otherwise, I am so far pleased with how quickly the bed arrived compared to other companies, the quality of the bed and I managed to put it up. I didnt use a drill so it did take me half a day. I bought the Ottomon and it implied i had to make holes in the bed even though it wasnt expressly clear so just be aware you do need a drill for this. Overall, I would reccomend this company. It is really good you get to design your bed and how quickly it comes - this I was impressed with.
