I had recieved an invoice in the mail and did not pay it as I had already paid for the product when I ordered it. I now have credit charges on the invoice and called the service line on the invoice and was told that there was something wrong with my card and it only paid a portion. This does not make any sense so I asked to speak with the supervisor. The i guess must be very busy as they are going to call me back sometime this week.

I bought something from Yves Rocher in December, and I paid the full amount by debit card already and they had already charged from my bank. I don’t know why they sent me an invoice and ask me to pay again! I tried to call the customer service but no answer for 30 mins.

Cute products, awful customer service in DK. I ordered several times from them and I was usually satisfied except the last time I received my order but one of the products was missing - a small handcream (29,50DKK) . I wrote an email (on the 15th April) and never even got a reply back. I think it is unacceptable that they did not even bother to reply back. I know sometimes things go wrong, probably a human error and I would have accepted any solution as it was about such a small amount of money if they at least showed a bit of consideration. I did not pursue the case because I felt it is not worth my time for 29,5 kroner but definitely not ordering again from them. There is nothing worse than bad customer service for an online business' trustworthiness because if anything goes wrong with the order... well that is just too bad... you can't get a hold of anyone and no one cares. And what if next time I loose more money? Usually my orders were not small. Why should I trust them?

I have bought products from yves-rocher for about 7 years now (in norway). I was very pleased, but I once needed to contact customer service. I have never witnessed such an awful costumer service before. I thought it was probably a one time thing, and tried to keep a positive view of the online store anyways.
One year after my first contact with the costumer service, I was in a situation where was necessary to contact them again. I was shocked over how little effort they put in to help me, as well as the borderline rudeness on the other side of the phone. I called back a couple of days later, which led to me talking to another unhelpful employee, with patronizing and kind of rude words. That made me feel bad and inferior. After that incident I've been avoiding to order from yves-rocher, because if anything were to go wrong with the order, I would find it incredibly unpleasent to seek help.
There's soon been two years since i last was in contact with the costumer service. I was a costumer that did shop there quite often, but now i try to only put in an order if I cant seem to find another option (about once a year).
Now, I've been waiting for 8 days on my order. I don't usually notice how long the delivery takes, but this time I'm kindof in a rush.
However, I do understand the long deliverytime due the virus situation, but I would appreciate an email with some updates about whether the products are in stock right now or not, when they think they will be able to send it, and if I have to wait for long. I would like to decide whether i have to buy the products elsewhere, or if is better for me to just wait.
To summarize I do like this store, and think they have relativily good products to an affordable price, but the bad costumer service, as well as few updates to the costumers weakens the overall impression.

I bought a package in December to be delivered to my address because I had operation and could not leave the house. They sent the package to another address, I called and they sent a new package to me. For some reason, they sent the money back to my bank account and never informed me that I have to pay for the new package. I received a bill with an extra charge because they said you did not pay at the amount. I called and they accepted their mistake and sent me a new bill. I paid but again today I have received a main this time from Gothia that Yvroche claiming that I have not paid and now I have to pay three times more!!!?? I have been calling Yvrocke since March for 7 times and every time it seemed that they understood but again they sent me extra bills!!

The service is terrible in general:
I purchases some products with value of around 290 DKK, to be delivered on my place. I purchased and paid inmediatly during the online transaction. The date was 15 March 2020. The money was taken from my account inmediatly after.
The package was delivered on a shop that it was VERY far away from my place, even though there were closer and more accesible options.
I call the customer service and told them that i could not pick up the package and I CANCELLED MY ORDER.
They told me that after 14 calendar days the package will be returned to the Yves Rocher shop. She told me that will happen on the 30th April.
I waited even after Easter and there was no money back to my accorunt.. nor any emails from them telling me what has happened.
I called them for the second time and wrote them an email. They told me they dont know there the package is and they will start investigation... that was on the 17th April
So, I dont have any product... my money was practically "stolen" and now they are "opening and investigation"
Today is the 21th April... more that 1 month after I bought the products and they dont even bther to tell me what has happened.
I was used to use and buy Yves Rocher from Germany and Austria and the service was Excellent,
The servicein Yves Rocher in Denmark is just so horrible. They should be ashamed from theirselves!
It is a pity that the products are OK, but they help customers in another countries and they respect them. In Yves Rocher in DK apparently they think they are doing the client a favour. The shop is taking money from the customers and the products are not been delivered. I feel ripped off totally
I would recommend to people not to buy from this company!

The worst customer service I have ever expierinced. Seems that very dumb and rude personal is hired.
Serious marketing strategy with free gifts. Some gifts look better in picture. Overall good products. Will receive regular commercials in your mail.
I think Yves Rocher has a fantastic Marketing Strategy to attract more customers using their registered customer to act as an ambassador of their product. They will send you a discount catalogue that you can offer to your friend so he/she can order from them as well by giving you a coupon worth 300DKK or any of other gift on offer as a Thank you for recommending a friend (Hverv en Ven).
When I tried to use the coupon I received the telephone customer service named Lotte (which she does not want to reveal her surname) gave me a very RUDE customer service. She told me that she do not want to help me to apply the coupon to my previous order. It was stated on their Question and Answer page of their website that I can:
“Du bør da anvende løbenummeret og valuata på værdikupon til os før Eller efter bestillengen og vi registererer den på dit kundenummer.”
“Beløbet fratrækkes bestillingsummen.”
I asked her why because I did it twice before and her colleague that received my enquiry before pleasantly offered to me to apply my coupon on my recent orders.
However, She (Lotte) obviously does not know how to do her job and keep me waiting on the phone while she is inquiring her other colleague. She accused me of shouting even though she is the one shouting at the customer because she talks at the same time while I am trying to explain myself thus not listening before speaking.
Hang up the phone twice.
I asked for her manager and the contact information so perhaps somebody could help me instead if she does not want to do her job. She disrespectfully told me that she does not know her manager, she do not want to reveal the name and she told me that she does not have any contact information of her manager. To me, it is a surprise especially here in DK that a customer service has a lot of pride/embarrassment to just send the case to a person who has more authority/knowledge with this simple case that she could not solve.
Nice range of products however I wasn't notified of dispatching, wasn't notified of arrival of products until I emailed them to ask the status of my order, and it took 5 days instead of 2-3 days.
