Absolute incredible service enabling us to get the very best mortgage at an extremely fast rate. Becki ensured that the whole experience ran smoothly and quickly and I couldn’t recommend XL finance anymore - Even the sales advisors commented on how fantastic she is!

Great advice and helped at each stage of the process

Becki was fantastic from start to finish. I know the mortgage market well but I really needed a whole of market broker this time.
I spoke to a few brokers but it was clear that not all brokers are equal and Becki would be the best to work with.
I needed someone who understood the need to act quickly for me at various stages and she did everything I asked without any hesitation, and really went over and above what I'd normally expect a broker to do for me.

I have absolutely NO hesitation in recommending XL Finance who were recommended to me by a close friend after I was seriously let down by a mortgage lender.
Not only had I been let down but I now had a critical time frame in which to secure the purchase of my new house.

When I say Becki works fast, she works fast!!
I explained to her what had happened and that we needed to secure a mortgage fast or we would risk losing the house we had an offer in.
Not only did she work fast, she worked all hours. Becki would send emails right up until 11pm with updates and after 3 days after contacting her, she secured me a mortgage what was WAY better than the original mortgage lender!!!

Becki was recommended to my by my brother and sister in law, and my brother is not easily impressed!! Myself and my partner were first time buyers and to be quite honest we had no idea where to start or what to do! Along came Becki! Constantly reassuring, giving us advice and guidance, explaining complex information to us in ‘simple’ terms. I cannot recommend Becki Davidson enough! Her communication skills are spot on, she stays in touch, and is patient enough to explain all options to a nervous first time home buyer such as myself. She clearly works so hard and cares about her clients.

As others have said, home buying is stressful.. I was using the help to buy scheme which added some extra complication but Becki took it all on without any issue! She chased everything and moved things along with me having to check in. I felt really comfortable knowing she was handling everything as she’s clearly extremely competent. My one regret is not asking her advise on a solicitor as mine was awful!

Always so impressed with the advice and customer service we receive from XL finance. Confident that we receive the best deals and best value for money. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be using again in the future.
