Perfectly okay/medicore hotel. Very smooth check in and check out via screens. Easy to take the tram to the city, runs pretty often as well. Great AC in the room.
What brings down my experience is the breakfast which was very very basic and the staff did not seem to have knowledge of veganism. But all and all, my stay here was perfectly fine and it met my needs for the trip (except the breakfast).

The reception staff were friendly and provided us with all we needed. The check in was easy and we were able to leave our luggage after check out to make the most of our last day. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Location was great for transport links to city and the airport.

Myself and my friends booked the triple room for 3 nights, we didn’t expect too much as the outside wasn’t very appealing. However, the inside is very spacious, there’s vending machines and coffee stations. We did notice in our room that the hairdryers were awful, there was a mouldy sponge cake on top of our wardrobe and between our beds were filthy with dust. Our room didn’t look very clean at all. Housekeeping staff banged on our door everyday despite the no service sign. Reception staff were friendly and accommodating. It is a nice hotel, but the filthiness of my room has put me off ever returning.

Great experience at Blue Square
The hosts greeted us very well and helped us with a booking that was slightly incorrect. They were very helpful in recommending transport options and destinations where we could do shopping and sightseeing. When it came to looking after our luggage, they were also very helpful, before and after we checked in. Our room was really nice! Clean and tidy and we were always met with fresh sheets, towels etc when we returned from our days out. This is the third time I’ve booked with this chain and it has never disappointed!
