I've purchased many items from Xpres and every time the quality has been excellent. The website is easy to navigate to find the items you want. Would definitely recommend.

Really disappointing experience with Xpres. I purchased a box of 36 sublimation mugs and on arrival 13 were broken. When I contacted them I was told “breakages are to be expected !” After several emails I was refunded for the 13 mugs only with no refund on any of the carriage I’d paid. I didn’t expect a full refund but I had paid for delivery of 36 mugs. There was absolutely no incentive offered which would make me buy again from this company. I’ve since purchased over 150 mugs from another firm with not one broken mug.

I made a mistake with my delivery and Yvonne was amazing! She let me know that it may be too late to change it but she would try. Later that evening I received an email from DPD and my delivery is now going to be early. So grateful for her help and can’t fault this company at all. Thank you so much! Yvonne and Xpres

20% CHARGE from the total order if you want a return/exchange a product bought from them.
Opened an account just to place an order from them, then went back to my original supplier (did't have the product in stock at that time) and closed the account.
Stick with proper companies where returns/exchanges are way easier to deal with.
