ZTE blade 2020 is the worst phone I've ever got, bad touchscreen calibration, very slow, full of ads, lots of system bugs, also it's very frustrating when photos get randomly deleted... Terrible.
Avoid like the plague
First time I've tried to buy something from ZTE and most certainly the last time I'll try.
Tried to buy the new AR glasses and on the website says shipped in 3 days. Day 4 and no change, so called them to ask what was happening. Support person said they'd get an update and email me. No email ever received.
Called them the next morning after the weekend, first thing, to complain about the lack of update and to cancel my order. Guy called "Adam" said he'd cancel it, I'd get a cancellation email and my money back in a few days. Guess what, no email and in the Shop app still says ordered.
Phoned again the following morning, asking why it hasn't been cancelled. "Adam" again tells me it is cancelled and to check my junk email. I'd already checked my junk email - nothing. Told him it still shows as ordered on the Shop app, he ignored it. Told him the order email came through instantly so why didn't the cancellation email - he doesn't know. Said I should just trust him that it's cancelled even though everything I have access to says it isn't.
No idea if they've cancelled it or ever will, but luckily I paid via PayPal so should be able to sort it through them eventually if ZTE don't.
I don't know if the company are liars, if their systems are just crap or what's wrong with them, but for a tech company it's a very, very bad sign. I highly recommend people stay away from them and their products.
UPDATE: Decided to not wait and talked to PayPal. Got a cancellation email, Shop status update and refund notice in less than 24 hours. Looks like there's nothing wrong with their system, you just can't trust a word their support people say...

Flip phone butt dial
My flip phone Z2335CA dials numbers on it's own, when phone has even a bit of pressure put on it, as being carried in a pocket. Any number in the vicinity of the last number dialed, or searched for. It is a terrible design. Non-intuitive, just terribly designed and engineered. But I'm sure they know this. I have a working samsung from 15 years ago, and a 5 year old LG, that were wonderful, no problems ever but i couldn't use LG with SHAW just this ZTE model. My only choice of a flip phone from SHAW to get a $10 a month phone bill. That is the only reason I haven't thrown it against the wall.

I bought a ZTE Blade V7 middle of 2016 in México. I still waiting for a single update. I ask for an update to Telcel (Smarphone provider) they send me to ask to ZTE and ZTE send me to ask to Telcel. The phone get too slow with some apps.

ZTE blade 2020 is the worst phone I've ever got, bad touchscreen calibration, very slow, full of ads, lots of system bugs, also it's very frustrating when photos get randomly deleted... Terrible.
Bad experience of buying a new phone
Not happy with the experience of purchasing Ultra 40 new phone at all.
1. I purchased the early bird voucher which is £1.99 that equals to £40 discount when the phone is available to order online on the first day. However, after 2 weeks, I received a marketing email saying that any new customer can redeem this voucher for free. They treat enthusiastic customer like a fool.
2. When I ordered the phone online, the website said despatched within 7 days. However, it was not even despatched within 14 days after I paid in full amount. Contacted customer service many times, the only reply I got was will despatch asap but no useful information.
I get a full refund of the phone, but they didn't give me refund of the early bird voucher which according to them is outside of 14 days period.
Avoid at all cost.

As gifted in march last year 2021 a ZTE ultra axon 30 5g flagship phone by my partner. Awesome speca but just the screen just went blank and the phone is inoperable no fix - £700 phone bricked within a year - what a piece of crap. Global support is a joke -
Avoid ZTE
I first got a ZTE 7 Axon Mini in early 2017 if memory serves me correct. From then and to this present day Tuesday 6-21-22 I've gone through FOUR of ZTE's phones.
Two Axon 7 Minis were returned due to the battery depleting way too quickly. The third was a ZTE Axon 7 doing the same thing. For over two years now I've been using the Axon 10 Pro. The most recent issue I'm dealing with which ZTE will do NOTHING about is when I boot the phone up, with most Android phones you pus the power button for say a second, it slightly vibrates and then boots.
Mine does not do this, it vibrates much longer and then sits on the ZTE screen only. Hence the letters ZTE is all I get. Eventually it boots and when it does I've either got no data, the time is off and the date is way off. I called ZTE about this and of course, nothing is done.
It might be out of warranty but in my opinion this is just like the previous 3 ZTE phones that were replaced under warranty with the badly depleting battery issues.

I purchased the consumer cellular axid 589 smartphone. a very good phone, and consumer cellular service, knocks every other phone service , out of the way. reception clear, as a bell, 24/ 7 customer service. the best ever.

I ordered the wrong phone, the status is still unfulfilled. I asked the customer service to cancel the order, so I can reorder the correct one.
The next day comes, with the reply "Cancel at the website" but there's no cancellation option at the website!!
I checked the website and the order is still unfulfilled. So I sent another email asking it to be cancelled, telling them that THEY ARE WRONG WHEN THEY SAY THERE'S a CANCELLATION OPTION AT THE WEBSITE, SO AGAIN, PLEASE CANCEL MY ORDER!! They replied with, I should reject the phone when it is shipped to me, then they will issue a refund process. Next thing I checked, the order suddenly becomes "Fulfilled". Just because they didn't want to cancel, and change the order, they try to make the process as difficult as it can possibly be. What the Royal ****!!!

They only get one star because I can't leave them zero stars... This is the worst piece of s*** phone I've ever owned it's slow hard to work doesn't do anything properly and you have to fight with it every turn just to find files that are stored on it... Why do they waste people's time and money with something so cheap and stupid as this!! This is the last ZTE phone I'll probably ever own and I can't get rid of it soon enough!!!

I would love to give you a review of the phone, but I can't! I still have not received it! I can give you a review of the horrible customer service however. I tried to order my phone during the flash sale, only to find out that there were only 25-50 phones offered each day. Forget that nonsense! I ordered a phone on Nov. 23, at the "regular" sale price which was $200 off. It was supposed to be shipped in 3 days. Now, given Thanksgiving was in there, I thought I would be patient until the following Tuesday. Had it shipped? Nope. Did anyone know why? Nope. Can I talk to someone who does know? Nope. Only the sales department knows... and guess what? They don't talk to customers!! The ONLY sales department on the flipping planet that doesn't sell to customers???? Who do they sell to???? How do I get a sit on your butt, talk to no one kind of job like that? I not only ordered the phone, but also the watch, the charger, and the ear buds. I wonder when and IF I ever get these things.... is Tech Support going to be available, or are they going to be busy doing the sales departments job as they are doing now? My advice.... buy something else... anywhere else. If this is what they think of us now, I can't imagine what it will be like later down the road.
UPDATE: ZTE cancelled my order!!! I did not ask for it to be. They are not communicating any longer as well!
