ZTE blade 2020 is the worst phone I've ever got, bad touchscreen calibration, very slow, full of ads, lots of system bugs, also it's very frustrating when photos get randomly deleted... Terrible.

Poor ZTE product and service

I have a faulty ZTE Blade handset which I got through 3 via renewing my mobile contract.

The phone loses charge very quickly and despite several factory resets the phone wont turn back on.

I was advised by 3 to contact ZTE as the phone has a 24 month warranty.

I called ZTE to be told to leave a message. I left 2 messages over 2 days however after 48 hours I still haven't heard from back from them.

I called a customer services number who asked me to call another number which went straight to a voice mail box telling me that this voice mail box was full and not accepting anymore messages.

As a result of the inferior ZTE Blade mobile phone and 3 recommending this low budget handset I will never deal with either company again.

Hiding behind voice mail has it 's consequences !!

Customer Service is pointless

I sent my phone in to be repaired 7-10 days. I received my phone back 2 weeks ago. This morning the phone started with new issues. I called the CS and was told to do a factory reset (I told the gentleman it wouldn't work) this was at 9am. It is now after 3pm. The issues are still there. I called back and was told I have 2 options. 1) Send the phone back for another 7-10 days (they dont give out loaner phones). I don't have a problem with that, but i don't have a extra phone to use. 2) Pay $35 to be sent a new phone while they hold $150. Neither of these options work for me. To be without a phone for this amount of time is unbelievably. I don't understand why in 2018 I cant be sent a NEW phone and send the old one back. The ppl on the phone keep saying "I understand" BUT YOU DON'T. I was so angry all I could do was hang up. My phone is still under the factory warranty. Now I have a phone that doesn't work properly

Worst phone ever purchased.

I have had the unfortunate luck to own 2 Zte phones. Both showed the same problems. Super slow, duplicate texts received, the camera has a delay and the phone won't capture WiFi/internet making it useless. Just being able to type this was hard.

disappointing

Upon contacting them on several platforms and being given the run-around, I was basically asked if I wanted to be on a waiting list to have my warranty processed since they didn't have the goods to back up the warranty. All this, while I am in an interview processes. I lost actual life opportunities because of this company.

ZTE Blade 6

ZTE Blade 6. When I first bought it I liked it. Then I realized that nothing is working reliably on this phone. Everything is wonky, phone pick up - I miss a lot of calls because I cannot pick up the phone in time (even if I'm holding it in my hand when the call comes in), and I often cannot dial out, which is scary if you ever have to call an ambulance. Moving anything to an SD card is equivalent to it becoming 'lost' and having to reinstall whatever app you moved.
But most important for me I always thought, as a foreigner in Thailand was location services. These are also wonky, work half the time - there is no reason for it when they fail and no way to fix it - the store that sold this phone to me cannot fix it. Yet I need to know where I am on a map for when I'm lost in my foreign country, or for real emergencies, such as one that happened today.
Earlier today, on a clear sunny day, I took a wrong street on a motorcycle and realized it half an hour later when I was fairly far from home. I was about to turn back when I run into a slippery (oil?) road and had an accident in a middle of nowhere in Thailand, with nobody around. I was hurt and couldn't stand or walk. My motorcycle wasn't working. All I had was my horrible ZTE phone. If I knew my location, I could have called for help. But as usual with ZTE, I didn't. The greyed out location dot was showing me my home, which was far away. Location services were again not working, even though I later found out in an ambulance, I was close to the next city.
If not the fact that somebody eventually drove by the scene of my accident, I would have DIED there on the road holding a ZTE in my hand.
Do NOT buy ZTE. You never know when your life will depend on your phone, and this is NOT the phone to trust.

This is the the worse expirience in my …

This is the the worse expirience in my life. I have never got THAT kind of service.
My phone just turn of by itself, we could not turn it on again or do reset.
I have shipped to ZTE.
They do not have parts in stock, do not know when parts will come. Even do not tell me which parts need to be replaced, just have in their system: issues with the parts.
Offered me to send same phone with 64GB. Without any refund of difference in price between 64 and 128.

So I am waiting for ZTE to fix my phone and ship me back, without ANY estimate time(((((((. The only I was promised: I will be notified when they will get the parts, will push repair and ship it overnight.

Will see.....

The phone is good, but service....wants to be better

Loses the Bluetooth randomly. They cannot fix it.

I have bought the ZTE Blade Z7 via 3. It's been having problems with the Bluetooth dropping out randomly when in the car, so you lose the call or the music streaming. I know the car is not the culprit because it works fine with other phones. After several complaints, Factory Resets, sending it for repairs, making sure that someone is in to sign for it when it comes back, and one phone replacement, they cannot fix it.

Muddled and poor service.

Muddled and poor service.
My Axon 7 mini had a problem. I was told ,on the phone, there would be a $ 79 repair fee. I sent it in and the shipper notified me that it had been delivered. I got no email or phone response from ZTE. I phoned and was told it would be about ten business days. I said OK, go ahead. No contact again. After 2 and a half weeks I phoned and was told that it was en route back to me, NOT repaired. The woman on the phone evinced surprise that I had wanted it repaired. She put me on hold for a few minutes and came back and said that when it arrived I should send it back. When I said I did not want to pay for shipping, there was another Hold, and then she said they would send a label to pay shipping. I was transferred to another office to pay my 79 dollars. After five or six minutes hold I got a ”Shalonda,” who was not only not willing to try pronouncing my name, but also did not want to try to pronounce my address “Granger” Drive. She went away for two or three minutes and told me that new RMA form would be sent.
The upshot is that when the phone arrives here sometime this week, I have to send it back, and then, when it arrives there, it will be ten or so working days till is repaired and then sent back. About a month and a bit from when they got it the first time.

I have an Axon 7 and it truly is an …

I have an Axon 7 and it truly is an amazing phone. Sadly, ZTE's customer support is, by far, the most clueless group I've ever encountered. here's a sample of my most recent call:
Me: "Can you tell me which folder I need to drop my audiobook files into, from my PC, to have them come up in my audiobook app on the phone?"
ZTE: "Do you have Internet Explorer open?"
Me: "Errr, no. I don't use IE"
ZTE: "You'll need IE to use the phone"
Me: "Why do I need a browser to transfer files?
ZTE: "It says here you need Internet Explorer"
Me: "Do you mean Windows Explorer?"
ZTE: "No, I mean ... oh, yeah ... Windows Explorer"
Me: "I'm in Windows Explorer. That's how I see the folders that I'm asking about."
ZTE: "So when you drag the file over, do you see it?"
Me: "No, that's why I'm calling"
ZTE: "It says here your file is not compatible then."
Me: "It's just a basic MP3. Nothing exotic!"
ZTE: "Some MP3's aren't compatible."

... and then it became even more comical as the second tech support person tried digging the first one of the idiot-hole he had dug for himself.

I asked both of them if they had ever "seen" a ZTE phone which they wouldn't answer.

Truly moronic!!

False Advertising

I bought a Firefox-ZTE Phone on E bay. After receiving this phone -I realized that it turned on/off- but due to having no firmware- it would not work. I contacted E-bay-who stated that they merely sold the phones-and ZTE being the manufacturer was responsible for the warranty and the firmware. Well after sending almost 25 e-mails- to China- and being told over and over that the firmware would be sent-it never did. In other words they strung me along-so that once the 60 day period of time expired- I had no recourse available to me via my Credit Card Company. E bay-blamed ZTE- ZTE blamed E bay- and ultimately I the customer had a piece of junk- or a shell-that resembled a phone-but of course would never work since it had no firmware-as to allow it to function. I wrote everyone- 5 months later a lady named Lilly from China called and stated she would fix it all. Of course she could not and did not. Her explanation is/was why did I not mail the phone back. Funny-no one ever told me mail it anywhere- so Lilly as the 25 other's that came before her-all falsified the facts.
In closing- folks- please save your money- they are in China- your in the USA- the scam is simple- get the customers money-string them along-so that the 60 days expires- then they have no recourse and someone in China laughs all the way to the Bank. That lady Lilly- polite-as they all are- couldn't do anything except-string me along as did the 25 before her.
ZTE is the worst- in fact probably one of the worst scam offenders out there on the Internet.
Save your time-money-and buy something from a reputable company.
