ZTE 

I bought your zte blade z max a few months ago and it over heats way to fast and shuts down, turns on, shuts down, and continues to do so til I remove it from the charger. I can't update many of my apps because it will slow down and freeze when I try to use it. It is practically useless for my needs in a phone. I can barely use it any more.

I love mine i got water in it and it sill worked it has never stooped working yea the storage is bad but its a great phone for me as a kid until i get my new phone tomorrow i have been loving my zte but i would use it as a back up only phone

Takes forever to charge but discharges way to quickly

Complete piece of rubbish. Really awkward to use. It's price tag should be a tenner at most, even then it's not worth that!

I have the ZTE pro max. I've had it a little over a year and now the battery discharged and the phone shuts off within 30 min. Have tried contacting customer service to not avail. It was a great phone up until now and with no help from ZTE and no way to change the battery I'm stuck with having to purchase a new phone. Look at the other reviews and you'll know: do NOT buy a ZTE.

I used to love the blade.intell it FRYED my bed.
I bot a new blade and it blew up on me FRYED my bed and carpet and the acid smoke burned me and my girl friends eyes two days after I bot it went back to metro it took 4to 5 months to replace and thay told me blade is discontinued . And gave me a small phone to replace my new big one 5months later but what about every thing it burned up ,my eyes! My bed ,carpet .
when metro looked at it thay sed it was defective battery and thay would send me a clame form to fill out never got one now it is to late I think who can I talk to????

Got a ZTE Blade phone. Never buy again. Had it for over a year now and sevice is bad. Phone doesn't stay connected. Go to internet, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. When you look up something, don't always go to what ur looking up. Say your looking for a place to eat, it may take u to a weather page or something else. Getting rid of this phone soon as I can get the money for a new phone.

Had(key word) a zte axon a1r the phone was ok for most functions but for some things it was absolutely abysmally atrocious.
Just one example, with this phone you cannot block calls from unwanted callers. The phone should actually be a 2 *.The real issue is the service and public relations that equals a ZERO, left on hold, don't return calls. yuk!!!!
Do your due diligence prior to any purchases of products supplied by this co.

I bought a Verizon phone for 80.00 only had it for three weeks and the keyboard is gone out already. Do not buy a ZTE phone because they have no warranty so basically I have lost 80.00 can't even text on this stupid zte phone. Customer service is no better.

I sent my phone to their "warranty service centre" to get it fixed. They asked for a deposit to be sent with the phone, and never applied the deposit to my repair costs (like it was stated).

Can't get in contact with the warranty centre AT ALL after they sent me an invoice, over-charging me. Their customer service "denies any association with their authorized warranty repair centre".

It's been four months now, and there appears to be no way to get my deposit OR my phone back.

It's hard to believe that such a large company is basically run by a bunch of scammers.

All retailers should STOP carrying their products, and endorsing the fradulent activities of this company.

ZTE Axon M - I purchased this phone less than 7 months ago advertised as a "flagship" phone with a flagship price. Having purchased 3 other crappy ZTE phones and tossing them in a drawer to be burned later, I thought, "Finally ZTE is going to be a competitor with other major brands."

Now they don't even sell the phone at the store, my phone has a glitch that wont set off my wake-up alarm, send me notifications, or phone calls while it experiences this. So I am now on the brink of losing my job because I rely too much on the phone. Not dependable. They never have been and now I know they never will be. I hope ZTE goes bankrupt. I will be posting this review anywhere that I can. You prey on people that need cheap phones and now you also prey on people NEED a flagship phone in order to do their job. Stay out of the flagship market. No one should be losing money for your ineptitude. Your products are like purchasing tokens of disappointment and to that standard ZTE delivers.

I bought it 7 months ago and it is good so far.high resolution screen,good camera and functioning well when playing games. People give positive reviews in general when I checked online before I buy it.

I have sent a mail to the official support asking for help. After a month I have not received any form of reply.
I didn't bother calling, because from what I've read they don't pick up the phone either.
My issue was solved at a local repair shop (which wasn't easy either, since many outright don't support ZTE).

I loved my ZTE BLADE AT FIRST.But as the days went by I got more and more disappointed. Now I am just angry because I can't afford to just replace a phone all the time.The first thing i found out about my phone was I did not have a gallery to view my photos and such. You have to use the systems folder to enter them. Or download a gallery which all the free ones come with a headache of timeless adds popping up all the time.Then When I went to root the phone there was no root for my phone a year later, still no root. Most of the space on the phone was used up when I bought it new, and you have to install the sd card as internal, rendering it useless to use anywhere else. I also got a government phone to use for phone calls and it is a ZTE peace of crap worse than my blade.I could go on and on but i will end this with. All ZTE phone i have seen have more than just a couple issue most of then need cleaned twice a day or they lag and get real slow or lock up even with a big memory card. They loose reception in places most phones have service and the batteries don't seem to have the desired performance they claim to have. So look over these phones and go towards another option than ZTE . If you do get one and your problems will be sooner than later just remember( I Told You So).

I have used a ZTE Blade A110 for over a year and it is great. Easy to use and good value. Only 4GB of system ROM and 4GB of user ROM which is not a lot but I knew that when I bought it and it's reflected in the price. Stuart

ATT ZTE K88 tablet stopped charging due to defective USB C connector, likely bad solder joints. This is a common problem on ZTE products and should be fixed by them free. They want $79+, the cost if a new one.

Update: I was contacted by ZTE and offered a discounted repair which I have accepted. Settled.

I bought a ZTE in May this year from 3. Went back to the 3 store as my phone keeps saying it's been rooted, its also very slow and constantly crashes. The 3 guy just called ZTE who were fairly rude, despite being told by the guy in 3 and myself that I hadn't rooted the phone were insisting I must have done (I'm useless with technology, I wouldn't have the slightest idea how to root a phone, nobody else has access to my phone, haven't downloaded any dodgy apps and have done a full factory reset to no avail) They finally said they'd ring me back, no phone call and a few days later I finally get an email saying that if my phones been rooted than it's out of warranty (I assume that's what they mean by OOW) Tried calling but no answer. Very unimpressed by their customer service and still quite worried about the rooted error message I keep getting!

I bought ZTE phone before 5 months from Three Store and the screen got black/blank before one month. I paid and changed the screen and now again is completely black. I never had such bad phone in my life.
The phone is faulty and the ZTE manufacturer is irresponsible - they never answer the phone. I called so many times to complain.
On top of that my provider Three does not take any action, expecting me to continue paying for this rubbish - ZTE phone.
I am very disappointed.

Don't purchase any ZTE phones!!! Brand new phones come with so many malfunctions. My phone WILL NOT stay loved into WiFi more than 2 minutes at a time causing me to lose the data I pay for.... Returned it twice and it still does it... Crap phones

I bought a ZTE two years ago. I had to use the guarantee because I lost the speaker and the microphone. They repaired the mobile. After one year the battery lost power and the battery didn´t last more than 5 hours. It was a Blade. I contacted the support service and it was really bad. I think they are in Asia and they didn´t give any solution.
Do not recommend to buy ZTE.
Now I have a new one mobile and it is not ZTE.
