Company Cancelled Order

Just like others who have posted reviews here, if I could give them a ZERO Star rating I would. I placed an online order on June 10th and submitted an email query regarding the status of my order - did not hear back from them until June 29th. The informed me that the item was out of stock and they were waiting for their supplier to provide a status. However, in the meantime, I saw the status of the same item on their website change from back-ordered to in stock. On July 9th, when I pushed for them to fulfill the order, I received an email notice stating that my order was cancelled. I have filed a BBB complaint. But I see that they do not reply to these from the BBB and have an F rating because of it.

This place is a SCAM on every level

This place is a SCAM on every level. They will accept your payment and then you will never receive the item you ordered, and then you will never hear from them. I ordered an AC unit 2 months ago and then never received an update about when it would be shipped. After hearing nothing for about 3 weeks, I decided to cancel the order and demand a refund. I still heard nothing. Like shouting into the void. Their hold times on the phone are beyond kafkaesque: expect to be given a "less than 3 minute wait time" and then literally be on hold for hours. The voice prompt will tell you that you can chat with an online agent, but this function is mysteriously always offline. I've emailed them several times and have never received a response. So they create a situation where the only way of getting through to them is to be on hold for hours. This screws over anyone who is unable to devote hours to waiting on hold (like parents with small kids, the elderly, and the disabled) and surely eliminates part of their pool of customers who are entitled to a refund. Their business model is creating the most excruciating customer service experience possible so that you eventually give up on trying to get a refund. After 2 months and many hours spent on the phone, I have only managed to get through to a human being on one occasion. This person told me that my order is now cancelled and that I would get a refund. I asked if I would receive an email confirmation of this. I never did. I still have not received my refund. I'm still trying to get my money back, t2 months later.

ID GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD

DONT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE SCAMMERS. I bought an ac a MONTH ago and still haven’t gotten it. They said there was a problem with delivery so they’ll re-deliver it. They have not attempted to deliver again, so my money and ac has been with them for 3 weeks now. Every time I try to call, they won’t answer. When I called from a new number, they answered but when I explained the issue, they put me on hold forever. I’ve called them maybe 30 times and I’ve been put on hold.

I would GIVE ZERO review They are happy…

I would GIVE ZERO review They are happy to sell you anything, but try and get support. I've been on hold for over 2 1/2 hours. They are HAPPY to answer NEW business sales but not answer issues.

I've reported them to BBB and local news that helps resolve issues.

If there was a no star review

If there was a no star review, that’s what I would’ve chosen. I bought a LG mini split system from them. Out of the box on start-up, BOTH inside units were defective. It took them almost 2 weeks to send replacement parts. With those parts replaced, the certified service tech, once again tried to start-up the system. This time the outdoor unit failed. This time it took 10 days to get them to agree to send replacement parts. The parts are still 5-7 days away from delivery. The customer service is terrible except for Carl, Ext.503. He’s the only one out of many that actually tried to help. The company also won’t help offset the cost of the tech coming out to install the parts. ACEWHOLESALE SUCKS!!

I guess I should have read reviews before purchasing from AC Wholesalers but live and learn if you're thinking about purchasing from AC Wholesalers do yourself a favor DON'T. I purchased what was supposed to be heat pump systems somehow I received strictly AC Units, one of which was damaged along with the heater coils for the heat pump systems that I didn't get. In the midst of the installation process COVID 19 happened my kids were at home, we were on quarantine so I couldn't get my units installed. I was outside of the return window by 14 days but wait here is the kicker I called on that day to find out what if anything could be done due to the pandemic? So I was told they were trying to see what they could do I would hear back immediately. Needless to say I didn't here back, so I called back only to be told I needed to wait a little while longer they were still working on it. I called yet again for them to tell me they were still working on it. I called a third time and at this point I am frustrated because the customer rep was always rude she never listened and always out talked me when I was speaking. I called her on it my last call and she became sarcastic when I was trying to get my point across and told me that she let me speak now I need to let her speak. I requested a manager to contact me before hanging up the phone. The wait time to here back is 24-48 hrs each time that I called back I had not received a response after waiting 72 hours. Once I hung up on the rep I received an email requesting pictures and information on the items I wanted to return, I had already sent this information on the first day I called so I emailed back for clarification. An email was returned telling me that those pictures couldn't be opened send them again, which I did. So after re-sending the picture I immediately then received a response that there was nothing they could do because it was outside the window of their policy or was it because I hung up on your representative. I started this process on the 7th of May and I am posting this on the 18th, 11 days later.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
I bought a complete package heatpump system from them,they sent me the wrong outside unit air conditioning only then refused to take it back and sell me the proper unit because it went beyond 30 day return policy.
They refused to listen to the recorded phonecall of my order were unpleasant and condescending like I did not know what I ordered.
I'm out a 1000 dollars and then found out I could buy the same unit locally for less.
What a scam.
I am contacting the BBB,my local representative and the EPA as in this process I found out it's illegal to sell refridgerant equipment to a non liscenced home owner.
Disgusting dishonest company who only cares about their bottom line.
Stay away from AC Wholsalers.

Zero stars for these bums

Zero stars for these bums. Got a new Goodman system that worked fine for 5 months, then the air handler motor quit. Sent it back, under warranty, only to learn the replacement blower motor was also junk...worked for 4 months and then also quit. They never sent a refund, claiming installer was not a licensed firm. Goodman's own website says owner installed gets a 5 year warranty! Again, very rude and unprofessional. Now 4 years later, I am looking at replacing the 2nd motor with some AC techs alternate blower motor and paying dearly for it. DO no business with these snakes. Anyone who knows electronics knows if it works for 6/7 months and fails...IT IS FAULTY EQUIPMENT! During this covid crisis, I intend to complain to every consumer entity known to man until I get a refund and a better motor! In four years, I have had only 1.2 years of AC...thank God I have some window units!

Good luck if you need to exchange

"If I could give them no star I would. They do not back there own shipping policy. I thought I ordered the wrong thing but was told I was sent the wrong item. First, they said they would take care of shipping than they said they would not. They said they would wave the restocking fee since I am reordering they did not. At this point, all I want is a shipping label to send the system back so I can get the correct one, no such luck. CSR basically said it was my problem getting it back. I made arrangements for a freight company to pick it up and they could not because the company did not send me a label, they cannot ship it. I was told the system is a good system but I am losing nearly $500 just to return it. Once this is over and exchanged, I will never do business with them again and never recommend anyone else to. It is just not worth it the money or aggravation."

Terrible service possibly the rudest and most unprofessional company I have ever done buisness with, got all my information about to charge my card then says look for the charge. 3 days later still no charge I call back he says oh we dont have that unit in stock I dont know if we can get one so why did you take all my information and say its shipping today? I get the unit a week later and its damaged pretty bad on the front he calls me and basically laughs says oh that little baby ding it wont hurt anything and since you have installed it we cant help you sorry.... I had to reshape the entire front of the unit with block of wood and a lot of hammer dinging please do not use these jacklegs

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST! I should have read the reviews first. If enough people review and report this company to the BBB they will not be able to continue to scam. False information provided from the customer service representative, misleading information about returning an item and deceptive coercement to re-order under false pretence of acceptance of a return.

Terrible service

Terrible service, terrible customer service. I have never dealt with such a horrible company in my life. They don't keep the their word.you call they say your part is bieng shipped, 10 days later you call back are told it is being shipped we will call you back with tracking info. Never get a call,never get your part.

If I could leave a zero or negative…

If I could leave a zero or negative star review I would. This company is unreliable, lies, ignores its customers and when they provide customer service, it is frustrating and absolutely useless.

They sent us a broken unit, which we discovered upon opening the box. It took hours of phone calls to get them to finally accept the return, then informed us that we would be liable for the cost of the return and any other damages that might happen while being transported back to their warehouse.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are liars who steal money from its customers.

They don't care about your business - Terrible Customer Service

This is not a review of heater I ordered, which I'm sure is fine, however, I will never know. I ordered this product on 11/19/18 and my order never progressed past "Processing". Since I work the same hours the company is open, I sent emails to their customer service address. I received a prompt notice that I would hear from the company within 24-72 hours, needless to say, I never heard back from them. I wrote them 3 more times and finally cancelled my order, when they refused to respond.

Normally, I wouldn't be this angry (especially this time of year) about a product being late or Out of Stock but this was not the case with this heater. It was available and was suppose to ship within 2 days of order receipt. And, while I didn't expect it to come for a week or more, I still scheduled an electrician to install it more than 20 days after the order (12/12/18). I needed this heater for a room that we are remodeling for guests coming for the holidays and now I have to put them up in a hotel, since we don't have a heated room.

My son recommend this company because they were very helpful when he built his house and got him a really good deal on a HVAC system. I thought I couldn't go wrong. Beware this company, they could care less about your business.

Scam! Sold me "in stock" items they did not have. Charged my credit card way after cancelling the orders.

I've been scammed and they took money from my credit card for a cancelled order. This company advertises in stock products they don´t have. They dismissed my complaints. I cancelled the order but they still charged my credit card. ACWholesalers took an order for a Daikin split Heat Pump set on 27th July. Both the web page and the order indicated the item was in stock. The representative I placed the order with confirmed that the item was in stock, and would be delivered no later than August 3rd. I also placed a second Internet order for accessories, also in stock. On August 1st I contacted the company. "Ricky" told me the split set was on back-order. I asked to talk to a manager and he refused. He said they were all too busy. I asked to be called back. "Rafael" called me the day after, to tell me the unit was on back-order, He had no reason for the delay of the second (accessories) order. He refused to send me other equal/better unit at same price on the basis that I "should not expect to get a Cadillac when I was paying for a Ford". Later that day he gave me a different explanation (the set I ordered had been discontinued). He offered alternative units at web price (no price match). He also could not justify why the policy of back-ordered products, which states "We will notify you by email to inform you of which items are on backorder and of their estimated ship dates. This email is sent within 1-2 business days of the order being placed", was not followed. I sent an email on Aug 3rd explaining my dissatisfaction and cancelling both orders in writing. I took time-stamped screenshots to follow up the order status and cancellation.
They cancelled the main order, but not the accessories. I called multiple times (records available) from 5th August to 7th Aug but they did not accept the cancellation by putting me on hold and/or pushing me through different departments. On August 8 they charged my credit card in the amount of $168.85 for a "partial shipment" of the second (accessories) order, even after providing instructions (by telephone and in writing) that the orders were cancelled. In the meantime I bought the same unit from a different merchant, who delivered in time, proving the unit was not in back-order nor discontinued.

I ordered a Broan Big Heater

I ordered a Broan Big Heater. They processed my order 2 weeks after I ordered it, wow! It arrived 4 weeks after ordering it. The heater (it's an electrical item) was thrown in a big 4 times to big with "ABSOLUTELY ZERO" packing. The shipping box was smashed/damaged, the heater was allowed to bang around inside the shipping box. The heater box is damaged also. Now, I'm worried that if I plug the heater in it will start a fire in my RV and "KILL" me and my family.
This company has ZERO respect for the customers items or customers life's. I called, was hung up on as soon as I said: I want to return my item! If customer service treats customers like this. Then why would you spend your hard earned dollar to keep this people employed? I will be writing more reviews and posting pictures!
