They don't go all the way.

They had the water heater we want. The shipping was free and fast. The only issue we had was they knowingly shipped us a pipe cover that didn't fit our model of heater. I say knowingly because they sold us one that they don't even carry. Their response was I would have to find one on my own. I did by calling manufacturer but I guess they couldn't be bothered.

Very helpful on phone and quick to resolve issues when they arose (didn't have liftgate ordered for delivery and they made sure before delivery that liftgate was on truck--take note that delivery was arriving in about hour at my location). Customer service was a 10 on scale. Also, the truck driver delivering product went beyond service delivering my unit. Equipment was in excellent condition and in stage of installing. Will let you know when hooked up and how it runs. So far, highly recommended and great prices.

A very satisfied customer

As I have as of yet not taken possession of my ac unit, I cannot say a lot about this trade. However, my experience with the sales department has been very helpful. I feel the overall experience hereby will be very good.
