Great prices

Great prices, fast delivery everything single item I ordered was on in great condition and delivery was on time I will definitely order from them again and I will highly recommend to anyone.

Excellent experience

We purchased a heat pump system through ACWholesalers and recommend the company. We would buy from them again. The items were shipped quickly and arrived in perfect condition. The prices were fair. Also, the local company they contract with for delivery is exceptional.

Best experience

Best experience! I called 10 online companies, ready to purchase an HVAC that day, and only this company answered their phone! They honored a price I found on another legitimate site plus gave me a 5% discount. My product shipped that day. I received follow up emails AND a phone call, giving me the name of the contact person in the city where my product would be delivered. It arrived in excellent condition. Absolutely excellent customer service and product.

This is my 2nd time leaving a review …

This is my 2nd time leaving a review for AC wholesalers. It's a great company to do business with in my opinion due to my recent experience from placing an order with ACWholesalers.com in which my order arrived on time, in great condition and is now installed and working. I highly recommend using this company but more so hope that they can keep up the good work! Thanks

Terrible experience. Buy elsewhere.

I’m not going to take the time to write out my experience with their facility because I have wasted HOURS on the phone so far, but I will say this – it was absolutely horrible, and I was lied to by their salespeople and their “supervisors”. I spent over $3,000 with their company and they belittled me and called me a liar over a $100 item I needed to return. Absolutely horrible business sense on your end. I was specifically told by their salesperson over the phone that I could order multiple line sets of different lengths and return them with only 2 stipulations, that it was not used, and still in original packing. Well, when I tried to return them I was told it needed to be within 30 days, no exceptions. When I explained the situation they told me that they are not responsible for what their salespeople say. WHAT?!

You’ve lost a customer. Totally immoral business.

Really slow return process

Really slow return process. Very long wait times on hold to talk with anyone. Unorganized, uncaring and clueless with often lies about what's going on in customer service. Need to call them, again, to resolve return amount. It's still not correct. Go elsewhere if even lightest concern you may need a return.

Damaged and no return

Damaged and no return
Product came late, damaged and no eligible for return because installer moved it out of the box and started the installation. I have a photo of it being unpacked with damage, but they just don't want to take responsibility. Manufacturer warranty is canceled since it is physically damaged. I tried to return thermostat which I order with that damaged furnace but found out that it will cost me $50 to return it, because now I have to pay fo initial free shipping, for return shipping and 15% restocking fee.
