I’m a tenant of a domestic property and when I first moved in the estate agent was brilliant any problems it was sorted out quickly and efficiently after about 8 years he retired. Then the property was moved over to Adair Paxton anytime there is a problem it takes multiple phone calls to sort out. We’ve had more rent increases in two and a half years of Adair Paxton than 8 years of the previous estate agent.
Without any much needed maintenance done to the property I know I’m not the only tenant that can’t stand dealing with the rude incompetence that comes out of the office ! I could rant about how bad they are but they don’t care. If I was a landlord I would avoid using this company at all costs!

Ben Acton from Adair Paxton we find very helpful when we E-mail a problems ,we recently had a meeting were a lot of information was needed ,he was spot on We like very much when ask for information or help or advice he gets back to us quickly that what we want from a good manage company

The excellent experience with Adair Paxton is down to the Property Managers I've had the pleasure to meet thus far: Aundre and Ben. Both of them always go above and beyond to help. Ben, in particular, has been the promptest, with his lightspeed replies which are always solution focussed and extremely supportive. I hope he will continue to manage our property for a veeery long time! It is safe to say that staff like Aundre and Ben are a true credit to Adair Paxton.

Would highly recommend Adair Paxton, Horsforth office. From start to finish they were friendly but highly professional. Phone calls were returned which these days doesn’t often happen ! The girls in the office were amazing, especially Victoria, and always on the ball. Can’t thank them all enough.

I have just started my relationship with Adair Paxman after buying a property which they manage. Some issues actually caused by oversight by my solicitors have caused some problems but with the outstanding assistance of Kam Bansal these have been resolved. I can’t say enough good things about Kam he has been outstanding he has gone over and above to help me resolve my problems. If the rest of the company are anything like him then I look forward to my future relationship with the company

Complaint to Adair Paxton

Good afternoon I would like to put in complaint about one of your commercial sale person called Alfie Stevens-Neale at the Adair Paxton Leeds branch, his conduct, customer service and communication to our organisation have been very poor, rude, there has been delay for over 2 months, there is follow up to our organisation, Alfie refuses to communicate to us like a professional on the phone but send our organisation to and fro email, he has described our organisation as "nuisance"because of his slip up errors and mistakes right from viewing the 175sq ft office 8, unit 7, Alfie confirmed to me verbally twice and even clearly written on the advert that the landlord will be provided as part of the benefits " buzzer entry system in our office 8", and after I was able to proof him wrong he has been throwing unnecessary email instead of him to realise his mistakes and error and apologies, we have now moved in the office 8 but the treatment recieved from Alfie of Adair Paxton is surprising, disappointing, rude and unprofessional, Alfie have assumed our organisation and our volunteers/guest are nuisance etc, and why should our organisation be recieving such treatment because of leasing this commercial property for 3 year at this early stage, our community is offended of Alfie language of messages to our organisation because we are a BAME Afrocarribbean community interest company, we are not trouble maker, we are a community fully engaged in supporting families and young children who are unable to afford 3 Square meal. The Nigerian Yorkshire Communities Network UK CIC Group have recieved a poor service at the beginning of this lease agreement from one of Adair Paxton's staff and we will be forwarding all his email messages to the commercial agencies standard and regulator. We have come in good business faith to do our business in the advertised office space but the treatment recieved is poor, degrading and demeaning of our community group because we are a minority group with less lease agree rent for the 3 year compared to big budget organisation of Adair Paxton as a client, and that is the treatment and it is disappointing and unacceptable. Alfie need more professional and people's management training and customer service and would like the Adair Paxton complaints department to address treatment recieved from one its staff to avoid such impact our new relationship at the start of the lease and future and recommendation to other organisations which will be affected.

Everyone at Adair Paxton were incredibly friendly and professional, supporting us through each stage of the processes in selling our family home as well as buying our new one. They were quick to reply to any questions we had, providing explanations in a clear manner as well as showing patience and a caring nature. We would heartily recommend using their services to anyone and should we ever wish to move house again, we would employ their services without hesitation.

We received excellent service from Chelsea and Victoria during our recent house purchase. They were terrific at liaising between both sets of solicitors and feeding the information back to ourselves. Can't recommend them enough!
