I highly recommend Adair Paxton, they are a fantastic company for both landlord's and tenant's. They manage all aspects and issues on behalf of landlord's really professionally with great communication & expertise.

As an expatriate landlord, my property in north Leeds was very well managed and rented for many years and always finding a new tenant in a timely manner. The time eventually came to sell the property and the sales team then took over and managed to sell the property in a very reasonable timeframe and in quite a turbulent market. So my thanks go to Guy, and Julie for providing great support over the years for lettings and to Victoria for a great service in getting the sale over the line.

thieves - granted not all of the company but the branch in leeds - took a holding deposit - card was in partners name - told them there response was its fine we dont check - against the law - there director thinks she is better then anyone - nicola - ok tking money instantly but cant refund instantly - sont deel with them they think there siuperior to everyone when in fact there a bunch of pigs who are rude and not helpful they refuse to answer email leav you in the lurch and take money without consent then take age to refund.

I’ve had only limited dealings with Adair Paxton following Mum’s house going up for sale, however they have been very efficient and helpful.

Kam has been so helpful trying to resolve an issue. He has excellent communications skills. Has very approachable professional manner.Always presented calm, friendly attitude and took the worry from me and dealt with communication with solicitor so I didnt have to.

Victoria and Katy in the Residential sales team provided a very efficient but also personal service. Always responsive to phone calls and emails they worked hard to push the sale through to everyone’s satisfaction.

Their professionalism is very delicately balanced with a flexible approach to customer service. They were always prompt in replying to emails and answering phone calls and booking appointments. I only visited their office once and that was to collect the keys when the letting deal was done. To save me the parking hassle, their representative (Sam) cared to meet me at another office where I could easily find parking for the van. It is much appreciated.
