Adair Paxton are a great estate agents, and have been great during my tenancy. They're really helpful and quick to respond with emails. Especially Guy Roberts, he helped me a lot during my tenancy. He was very polite, friendly and always professional. I would definitely recommend them as an estate agent to use.

Used Adair Paxton to both manage my flat and then handled the sale when I sold up. Always did a good job managing the Leeds property - good tenants and good comms.

I have recieved excellent customer service from Adair Paxton, specifically Kam Bansal, who very quickly resolved an issue that I had with a third party solicitor involved in a house sale.

I am very satisfied and would recommend Adair Paxton. I am a home owner and recently had difficulty in paying a section 20 on top of the maintenance payments. Kam Bansal has been excellent and has gone above and beyond in helping to arrange an agreeable payment plan, which has helped with my stress levels. He is a great ambassadors for the firm.

I was in a rented property looked after by Adair Paxton for 4 years and they were really good, especially Guy Roberts who was my main contact. They were always helpful and communication was good. Whenever I had a request or problem they were willing to help and it was always sorted.

Great experience with Adair Paxton from start to finish. From arranging a viewing appointment to the actual viewing and application process very easy and simple process dealing with friendly staff. From there I then dealt with the lettings manager Sharon Mitchell - this was not an easy let as it was for a staff member moving from abroad - however Sharon was a great help and support in securing the property, lots of interactions via email and phone, all professional, friendly and understanding of the process we were going through. This resulted in a great outcome with a very happy member of staff now in their rental property. Thank you everyone at Adair Paxton.
