After the sudden loss of my husband 3 years ago, I turned to Adair Paxton for help in Renting my Business Premises out. Simon Holiday in particular was a great help and support at what was a very difficult time. He dealt with everything on my behalf from Valuation, finding a suitable tenant, Buildings Insurance and Repairs. If there are any problems he knows a man who can deal with it. I would certainly recommend Adair Paxton and have found them to be reliable and thoroughly professional.

After lacklustre performance from a previous agent, Adair Paxton came as a breath of fresh air. Nichola provided sound advice and in fact achieved a sale in advance of marketing to a ready and waiting client.

As landlords, we are extremely pleased with Adair Paxton’s management of our rental properties. The staff are very professional and always quick to find us tenants. Crucially, they are also really swift to deal with any problems that arise for tenants at the properties, and always act on them the same day. This is no less important to us, since we were ourselves renting in London until recently and know that such swift action with minimal fuss is far from typical for estate agents.
