Annual boiler service and fitting of new water heater were both expertly and efficiently carried out.No concerns there and I would give 4 to 5 stars for this
My one niggle is a problem sourcing or fixing a new tap, which is ongoing.

I have been using Alford Plumbing and Heating for about 3 years now for my own home and also for my rental properties. I have always found them courteous, helpful and happy to answer any questions that I have. Their prices have been competitive and I have no complaints about their workmanship. They arrive on time (or if they are going to run late they have rung me to let me know) and always clear up after themselves at the end of the job. I would recommend them to anyone who needed a plumber or gas engineer.
