Initially there was a delay with delivery (you can't get the wood you know) so I waited. Communication was good. The fitter came and started construction but was unable to finish the job because some bits of wood were the wrong size. Communication became difficult then because the fitter didn't speak English. He left and I tidied up all the bits left laying around.
I asked when someone would come and fix the shed. Sometime later another man was sent to do the job, but he was in a hurry and just left a few more bits of wood.
I contacted Arbor Garden Solutions who did not seem aware that the job was still incomplete. By this time I did not feel quite so patient. They promised they would either send someone to do the job, or refund me £30. I accepted the refund.
Now I have found a competent helper the shed is finally all together. It needed some adjustment as it was a bit crooked, but we got there in the end.
Adjusting my review, I added one star because the communications from the office were always so quick and helpful, and now the pantomime is over -the shed does look good.

The quality is great, solid build and looks the part too.
I will spend many hours in my new potting shed with this perfect work bench. Well done Arbor Garden Solutions.

Late delivery (two weeks)
The decking frame supplied was not new, it had screw holes from its previous useage, plus screws in the some of the holes.

The instructions were useless.
I would say I’m rather adapt at following an instruction, I would even rate myself as master IKEA builder, semi-professional LEGO builder & government jargon understandarer. But these were not even helpful as toilet paper.
The item is lovely enough, just a shame it doesn’t come pre treated / painted as an option. It does however do as it says on the tin - which is - store bins.
I can also say you can store one tiny human of the adult variety…. Alive of course! Excellent spot for hide & seek or Halloween frights.
To achieve an extra star from me…. The instructions would have had to have been useful. In order to get the final star, you would have to have supplied them pre printed.

From start to finish I rate this Company 5 star
Excellent communication, I purchased the Verdibin wheelie bin storage it is excellent quality and was delivered ahead of schedule, I used the assembly service which was well worth the money very professionally put together.
Lots of nice comments on it.

Delivery and driver excellent

This has to be the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. No one answers a phone, emails take a long time to come back with incomplete information. And the delivery service, despite me paying for premium delivery with assembly, is not possible to choose a date for a furniture delivery. I have been trying to purchase a table for the best part of 2 weeks now and am almost giving up. The lack of delivery flexibility may be the last straw!

I have 2 workbenches from this company and I'm about to purchase a third great quality and strong construction. Easy to assemble this is the reason I will be filling my workshop with these products.

So impressed. Not easy to put together but worth every penny. Definitely would buy again if I needed another work bench.

Great strongly built Bin Store.
We looked at lots of these storage bins and settled on these ones. Really strong, treated wood and after a little fiddle all 3 bin bays secured together. Lids are heavy duty so no chance of blowing off.
Delivered really promptly too with no dilly over packing.

Everything went as expected and the store assembly was very easy by following the instructions.

Before purchase i queried the height of the beach and received a very quick response (great), with a message the height could be personalised for no extra charge (great). It arrived quickly and was easy to assemble. Great service, great product

Well made product delivered on time with easy to follow build instructions although a power screwdriver is really needed.

Work bench is great just what I needed,the instructions could do with been a bit clearer,
I had to resort to the picture of same work bench.

Ordered on line. Delivered when they advised they would on time, placed where I asked. I followed the instructions to assemble my log store didn't take long and looks really good. Not bad for a retired lady without any help.😀🪛

Delivery was a bit late in the day considering we are only 2 miles away but really well made with good quality timber used, would certainly recommend
