We used Arden to sell our home and we couldn’t be happier with the level of service. They are really helpful and supported us throughout the whole process as first time sellers, we couldn’t really ask for more. Thank you to the whole team!

We chose Arden's as they were the agent for the house that we bought. We thought it might be easier, however, what started out as seeming to be a straight forward house move ended up taking 10 months due to people in the chain losing buyers so the chain eventually involved 7 properties and 7 solicitors, some of whom were lethargic, unlike Leanne of Arden's, who worked tirelessly to help us all to the point of exchanging contracts and completing. I used Arden recently to sell my home and I couldn't be happier with the service I received.

I tried to sell my house last year with another estate agent but had a terrible time (making house spotless for 1 viewing only to find was no show after, selling and losing buyer etc.. ) that I took the house off the market and took a break.

However this year I decided to put my house back on the market and chose Arden because when I had viewed properties with them I found they answered questions before I asked them or knew the answer and if they didn't they found out and called me back.

When Peter Gilbert came to value my house he was lovely, it was like he knew how much my house meant to me and made me feel very relaxed and not under any pressure. He promised a quick sale and was so true to his word - he told my house in two weeks which was way quicker than I expected.

After I accepted the offer I was passed on to Amy Woolaston who was brilliant. I had trouble with house I was buying and so thing took longer than expected and I worried I would lose my buyer again but Amy kept myself and my buyers informed of what was going on at every stage and checked in with us regularly.

I can't thank Arden and the team enough for everything they did and the support we received.

We cannot recommend Ardens highly enough. From the first visit with Matt it all went very well. We were kept informed of the progress of our sale. Our special thanks must go to Jayne who helped so much with our on going purchase. Jayne did more for us than we could even have anticipated. The whole team at Ardens were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. Well done all of you and thank you.

Leanne and the team at Arden recently helped me purchase a residential property in Worcester. From the original viewing through to completion they have been pleasant to work with and helpful. They were happy to facilitate requests to the sellers such as leaving any paints used on the house, and for arranging access for the surveyors.

Communication was largely good, though with the odd crossed wires due to parallel conversations via solicitors directly and also via Arden - but everything got sorted.

Overall, quite happy with the experience!

Choose Arden’s as it was the closest agent was not disappointed…. Professional and kept me up to date with progress all the way through the buying process.

After interviewing four agents we selected Arden on the basis of their people. Worcester office were just great, clearly communicating to us what the state of play was each week. I understood who was doing what in their office and felt like we were in safe hands. Thank you Leanne for keeping me informed and chasing up what was happening.

We sold our property with Arden Estates and were very pleased with the marketing photos and the effort they put in with arranging viewings, communicating well and getting a quick sale sorted out at above our asking price. During the remainder of the selling/buying process everyone in the team remained contactable, supportive and helpful with queries, and at various later stages they were proactive in keeping us informed and making sure things got sorted out in a timely manner. We really appreciated their efforts and would highly recommend to others.

Quick and simple sale, completed within 68 days. The team at Arden are friendly, professional and helpful. They kept the ball rolling and communicated well at all times.

We brought our property with Ardent Estates, they were extremely friendly, reliable, patient and very understanding when things were delayed. a massive shout out to Leanne Fletcher from Arden Worcester a true gem to the industry, thank you for all your help on our journey with you.

We had viewed and had offer accepted on our 'dream home' but were very realistic that with chain things may not go easily. However Arden were just downright rude. They sold the property to another buyer and neglected to inform us at all. When we called to check progress, we were told this is normal proceedings with their company and we didnt need to be informed. Needless to say will not be looking to buy any property listed with them ever.

Having written this review, am pleasantly surprised - the manager involved personally phoned us to look into the situation. Whilst this doesn't make things perfect, my review has to be edited as it is good that reviews are seen and taken seriously and acted on for the future. Hopefully noone will be in the same situation in the future, and after my conversation today I genuinely belive that this should not happen again.

The whole team made my experience great from start to finish, they were professional, polite and caring.
Always available when required and kept me up-to-date through the whole process would definitely reccomend them.
