Chris at Ascentiauk has been a godsend! Due to solicitors taking forever, my original mortgage offer (not arranged by Chris) expired. It coincided with a massively busy period in my life which just added to the stress. Fortunately for me, I was introduced to Chris, and a huge chunk of that stress was lifted straight off me. First he found me a deal that was miles better than my previous offer. Then he did virtually all the heavy lifting to get it sorted, even when an issue cropped up that could have potentially derailed the whole thing. Chris has been Awesome, I couldn't recommend highly enough. Having helped my sister and I secure our first mortgage, where he talked us through all of our options in detail and assisted us in securing the best possible option taking into account the complexities of variable remuneration, he has recently just assisted us in renewing our mortgage. I was impressed the first time, but he has exceeded himself again, a simple process where again he presented various options and explained them and with zero hassle has secured us another excellent deal.
