As a first time buyer, I was frankly cluelessly looking for a mortgage until a colleague of mine recommended Chris. I had a tight deadline to work to but Chris didn’t treat it like a problem and gave me the exact steps to follow in order to meet the deadline. After my first phone enquiry, I already felt more relaxed and that I would be getting professional, friendly service. Chris updated me at every step of the way and would respond to my emails efficiently. He couldn't have done more for us and really took the time to explain every step in layman's terms so we understood what was going on the whole way through our remortgage.
