Was very pleased with the service I got very thorough abit expensive for the batteries for my hearing aids 😀

Impressed by the care from the 2 sessions recently Wax removal and examination for hearing aids. Careful explanation of the procedures and inclusion and explanation of the results.

By the way, I'm fed up with all these reviews, I'm now elderly and a bit slow on the laptop. I'm with Audika instead of the others because of the quality of their care here in Glasgow. If I'm not happy I'll tell you. Sorry to be grumpy but so many of these things come in, This is my review from the 5th and the 14th

Had a very in-depth hearing test for the first time in 3 years.

I was put at ease. I usually feel quite nervous. I think I should have been informed of the change of name as it was quite confusing.

Good information about hearing aid settings given. Checked my CROS devicevand send one oartvaway for repair under the warranty.

My hearing test was great, it was discovered that background noise effects my hearing. The person that done my hearing test was great at explaining everything and the test itself was fine.

I was informed of the change of name by email Laura introduced herself and conducted the hearing examinations in a thorough and professional manner we were very impressed by herI and would recommend her professionalism a credit to the company.

The efficiency of the staff, coffee as soon as I get there, while I was waiting and the attention of the audiologist while he was working.

Purchased hearing aids a couple of years past. After sales excellent. I had damage to the plastic part of the receiver which holds the bud on! The young lady replaced the whole receiver today 5th May 2026 gratis. Glasford Steet,, Glasgow. Many thanks. Frank

Excellent, professional service from Audiologist, Chris Lennon. Chris carried out a very thorough hearing test on myself and went the extra mile to help improve my Mum's hearing by investigating and arranging bespoke upgrades to her hearing aids. First class customer service all round.

I received a warm and friendly approach by the receptionist and was offered a coffee on arrival. A few minutes later I was Introduced to the new audiologist Laura who made me feel very welcome and relaxed before conducting a thorough hearing test explaining everything as she went through the procedures. She was very professional and took time to illustrate and answer any questions I had. As a result I upgraded my hearing aids and can now look forward to a better future, being able to join in on conversations and hearing sounds I didn’t know i was missing.

Had microsuction carried out in both ears. Very helpful audiologist. Explained process clearly. Showed me video of ear canal before and after. Also carried out basic hearing test.

I have been a customer for many years.
When I went for my appointment the door was locked. Someone came and unlocked it then once I was inside locked the door again. I do not think a locked door is in any way welcoming.
Once I was inside the staff were good and helpful.

From my first visit with Hidden Hearing I knew I was in good hands. I'm so pleased with my journey with them and service is first-class.

I took my mother to see Barry Campbell at the clinic at Mearns Castle Golf Club and was most impressed by not just his professionalism and expertise but also how he used his 29 years of experience to deal compassionately and sensitively with my mum who was in denial. All sorted now and a new world opens up for my Mum. Can’t recommend Barry highly enough.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. My audiologist John Martin was professional, highly qualified and put me immediately at ease , as I started out on my journey to find the correct hearing aids for me. John visited me at home and was just an incredibly good person, putting me at ease , at all times with his care and kindness. As it turned out, I finally decided the hearing aids I had chosen were not for me and my money was returned to me in full, no questions asked or hard sell techniques employed. I am going to have a break and consider my options moving forward.When I do decide to move on with my journey towards better hearing, I will not hesitate to get back in touch with Hidden Hearing, they were absolutely amazing, cannot say enough good things about this company and their people.
