Great support for my Dad who has dementia and needs to be visited at home. Good, friendly and helpful communication from the audiologist, who clearly explained all the options available to us and was very patient with my Dad.

David Wilkie, the H/Hearing consultant I was seeing for a periodic review/check-up, was customer focussed, very helpful, kind, understanding and friendly throughout. My wife and I would award him top marks.

Communication from Head Office in Glasgow is excellent. The Consultant (John) is exceptionally good and informative during the appointments.

Went to Hidden Hearing in Glassford Street Glasgow today to accompany my aunt for her new hearing aids, as soon as we walked through the door a member of staff Fiona made us feel so welcome and comfortable. I really couldn't believe how pleasant and understanding Lynsey McDonald was she so took her time with my aunt and explained everything in detail, her happy attitude really made our day anything we asked she was happy to explain excellent customer service from the staff here.

Hidden Hearing is an excellent company to deal with. My appointment was on time. The experience of micro suction was explicitly explained. Kirsty was a delightful young lady, knowledgeable, pleasant and most of all efficient. I would not hesitate to use this facility again if it was deemed advisable.

I am very impressed with Hidden Hearing and love their hearing aids. Their customer service is second to none and nothing is too much trouble. Alise was the person who came out to fit them and in my opinion she went above and beyond with her care. She is very knowledgeable and could answer any questions I had about them. I took advantage of the free audio testing. I was tested by Lynsey McDonald MSHAA who carefully spent time explaining every test. All the advantages of the up-to-date aids were shown. I decided to purchase these and have noticed an enormous improvement in my hearing and in my daily life. I could not recommend highly enough that Hidden Hearing has all the expertise needed for hearing loss.

I bought a wonderful set of hearing aids recently. I did so rather than wait for an NHS test. Getting my own shortened the list and I had the money to save time.
I can say that both the hearing aids and after sales care by Alise cannot be faulted. The aids make me part of the world again such a relief.

Have had 3 visits recently for wax removal & fitting new hearing aids. Very good experience, staff are friendly & professional & very knowledgeable about the products. From the lovely receptionists to David the audiologist, all are very welcoming. David took plenty of time to explain how the new aids work & how to clean & maintain them. Highly recommend Hidden Hearing.

I had held off getting a device for a while until it really was becoming noticeable, mild to moderate hearing loss in the right ear. Being put off because of my age (30s) and the NHS devices previously, I decided to look into a paid device. I went to 5 audiologists in Glasgow and Lynsey at Hidden Hearing was the best one. They gave the best demonstration of the technology, the best explanation and weren't doing any hard selling. They were also the most friendly out of the other places. By explanation I mean Lynsey explained what the real price points meant so I didn't buy anything I wouldn't need (unlike some other places that appeared to think I had 8 ears). I went back and over the next 2 months have a real difference in my day-to-day life with the Oticon More. It doesn't just make things louder, it makes the sound fuller. In real terms, the tv volume has gone from 14 to 7. I'd recommend this place and the product.

Gordon Bruce was exceedingly caring and responsive. I am from America and on a three week holiday. My Oticon charger stopped working and I had no way to recharge my rechargeable hearing aids. They loaned me a charger until I could get a replacement.

Hidden Hearing at Glasgow (Glassford St) were great. On Tuesday, 28th June I had micro-suction earwax removal by Kirsty Cant, who was fantastic. She was knowledgeable, skilful, caring and extremely professional in every way. I cannot praise her enough.
It was my first experience of micro-suction, and I would recommend it without reservation. It was painless and totally effective. Even a hearing test followed which was interesting and informative. The first time I have ever had one anywhere.
Hidden Hearing at Glassford Street will now be my preferred option for micro-suction treatment even though there are other providers with slightly more convenient locations.
