Hearing Test was so in-depth which was explained really well my only concern was how expensive the heating aids were and not a great selection as I was offered only one type

Chris Lennon provided an excellent personal service. He gave me a thorough examination, explaining everything in detail. The next appointment he fitted my hearing aids and explained what to expect and how to look after them. He also arranged a follow up appointment and reassured me of his personal attention.

Charged £50 for someone to look in my two ears , was told it was £25 an ear if they needed wax removed , my ears had no wax in them atall , went to an ear specialist at top of Glassford st a few months before , the gentle man looked in my ears and said I had alot of hard ear wax , and gave me for free a bottle of ointment to soften them up for no charge whatsoever , don't go near hidden hearing , £50 for sticking a light in your ear to do nothing, robbing .....

I found them very professional regarding my hearing test and after getting my ears syringed, they said I did not need hearing aids at this particular time, which I found very honest and trustworthy.

Customer service was excellent as usual. Had my hearing aids for a number of years and recently felt that my hearing had deteriorated as I couldn't hear as well. After checking my hearing it hadn't changed so it was logical that my hearing aids had deteriorated. What I liked was that although I needed updated aids there was no pressure to buy new ones. In the end I decided to update but it was totally my choice.

Was very impressed with overall service provided by the Audiologist,she explained the procedure thoroughly and I felt at ease.Would recommended Hidden Hearing to other family and friends.Thank you from John Watts.

A very compressive test done by a very competent audiologist. He was a very pleasant man and was very good to speak to. He tested my ears and found to my surprise there was no wax in them. My ears are finding that one ear is more hard of hearing than the other. The test was just about an hour. I would certainly recommend this company.
