I have been attending Hidden Hearing (formerly Amplifon) for more than 20 years. I recently saw Kirsty for ear wax removal and the service is explained thoroughly with excellent results.All staff over the years have been extremely pleasant, helpful and attentive and do all they can to attend to your needs.

After a couple of appointment hiccups I finally got my micro-suction carried out at Glassford Street, Glasgow on Tuesday by Kirsty Cant, I must say it was a pleasant experience despite what my expectations were to the contrary. Kirsty put me at ease and explained everything to me before going on to the suction which was totally painless and comfortable and which produced quite a lot of plugged wax, which I was delighted to get rid of. Thanks Kirsty and i'll be back in 12 months to get it done again!

FIRST CLASS SERVICE
This was my first experience at hidden hearing. I was greeted by mr Stephen Gibbs he was so friendly and professional. The first thing I noticed was how very clean the premises were, I was getting a routine check up by mr Gibbs I received a hearing test, hearing aids cleaned, and tested.Ifound mr Gibbs extremely professional at his job and more importantly he listened to what I had to say. I would definitely recommend hidden hearing as I was more than happy with my service. Thank you. MR RITCHIE
