Ear Wax Removal - Great Experience
The receptionist was lovely and Khadisha, my ear care practitioner, was perfect. She was very nice, explained everything thoroughly and did a great job at my ear wax removal which was followed by a hearing test. Will definitely go back!

Ellie the audiologist is professional, articulate and very pleasant. The premises and hearing test rooms are clean and comfortable. Pleasant experience overall, however a negative is the need to read, understand and sign non-indemnity documents before proceeding with the hearing test.

Hidden Hearing offer true quality service and aftercare.
My audiologist was Joe and he was brilliant. He put me at ease and explained everything in great detail.
I didn’t realise I needed 2 hearing aids but he took away one and it didn’t feel balanced.
My only concern is that I have eczema inside my ear canal in both ears and when I have flare ups I need drops to treat it. The wires from the hearing aids have to sit inside the canal and you can’t get them wet. I’ve gone 2 weeks without using my drops and I’m now in a flare up.
I explained this during a courtesy call from HH on Friday and they assured me not to worry and it can be resolved. This has put my mind at rest because the aids are very expensive.
I’m hearing sounds I’ve never heard before as I was born deaf in my left ear but I didn’t realise I had hearing loss in my right ear too.
I would definitely recommend Hidden Hearing for quality care and the best hearing aids on the market.

Super friendly and efficient

I have now had my hearing aids for a year. I have mild to moderate hearing loss and have been astonished at the difference my hearing aids make. I was expecting that it would take me perhaps a week of two to get used to them It took less than hour. Great thanks to Nick at the Maddox street branch. He patience and thoroughness is reassuring and has given me some great outcome.

Everything was great from the hospitality to the service. Would definitely be returning for any other future issues and highly recommended

Khadisha was and always is extremely helpful, friendly, kind and professional on my visits to Hidden Hearing of course not everything fits, always. Khadisha is always very professional.
