This was our first aftercare return visit to Hidden Hearing in Maddox Street, London W1, following my wife's and my taking up the excellent Otticon hearing aids last year. We are musicians, now in our 70s, and the whole idea of 'assisted' hearing filled us both with dread. We were so fortunate however - not just in the product which performs excellently - but especially in the delightful staff: the first person one meets is the receptionist, Cassia, who is kind and caring, extraordinarily efficient in responding to any phone or email enquiry, and always genuinely wanting to resolve any questions or issues for us both. The actual testing of hearing and the tailoring of the hearing aids and their programming, and the follow up examination in our case was done by Ammad who has the rare gift of listening to your concerns and great patience in providing the best solutions to your needs - we couldn't have asked for a better experience and consider ourselves very fortunate in finding a truly 5☆☆☆☆☆ service.

I attended the Maddox Street and was extremely impressed. Very friendly and organised staff and the level of care was exceptional. I had two blocked ears and I had two consultations, a hearing test and two check ups all included in the single price which is really great value.

I've been going to Hidden Hearing annually for a number of years and am always very happy with my visits. The staff are friendly, helpful and very competent. I can't think of any way you could make improvements!

Ahmed at Maddox Street is excellent. It's a shame that there is no equipment to test ear pressure. Some of your competitors do test ear pressure.
