Everyone at the Maddox branch were so lovely and professional. Immediately felt at ease and in safe hands. Namely Khadisha, who you can tell loves her job and people and made be belly laugh!

I recently visited Hidden Hearing at Maddox Street for wax removal with Khadisha Walters ( Dee) and I was very satisfied with the service they provided. Khadisha is very knowledgeable, patient and me feel at ease. I was shown images before and after my wax removal and Khadisha genuinely cares and wants to give advice how to reduce ear wax building up in the future. I visited the Maddox St clinic in London for earwax removal and was taken care of by Dee. She was very thorough, talked me through the procedure carefully, reassuring me all the way, and did an excellent job in spite of a significant challenge in one ear. She seems to love her job and is very determined for the best possible outcome, and so that determination got the job done successfully and without any need for a second visit. Very satisfied.

My dispenser was Ammad Javad. He was very patient and courteous, took time to explain what to expect, explained the differences between different aids as well as the advantages of taking out insurance.

A terrific wax removal session with Khadisha Walters at Maddox Street. Unbelievably helpful and totally painless. She went to great lengths to explain the process in detail and was extremely thorough and utterly professional.

I was disappointed with my visit. The man who saw me didn't really help me with my problem - which was that I did not remember how to use my ear gadgets. He fiddled with them silently - I think he cleaned them, but he didn't tell me how often I should do this, or how often to change batteries. However, I am using them more and hope to find out for myself. I find they make my ears sore, but I was told earlier they were the smallest you made.

A hearing & wax removal clinic that's far & above the usual conveyer belt companies that offer a similar service. The treatment from Khadisha Walters was clearly explained & very thorough, I can't recommend it highly enough.
