I had microsuction performed by Roopa Samani, she was very accommodating to my condition and took great care. All the wax was removed and it was completely painless. I highly recommend Roopa for microsuction.

On my two visits to date, I have been treated by the utmost sensitivity, professionalism and good humour of the staff. On my second visit, and in preparation for a hearing test, excessive ear wax was removed using micro-suction by Roopa who guided me through the procedure expertly and was happy to answer any concerns that I may have had, as well as checking constantly that I was comfortable. She put me completely at ease and on completion of the session, I was happy to depart - hearing that much more clearly and ready for the day's travails! Recommended.

Yesterday I had a wax-cleaning appointment at Hidden Hearing Maddox Street for my 86 year old father who has Alzheimer’s. My experience was very positive. The receptionist was very welcoming and the specialist Ms Roopa Samani was very friendly and professional. She was very thorough with the wax removal but more importantly she was extremely patient with my father and understanding of his needs. Highly recommended!

Although the appointment to remove earwax required 3 visits, I am quite sure that this was because my right ear was so impacted. It required two courses of treatment, one with Earol and one with Sodium Bicarbonate. I was treated with kindness and professionalism by Roopa Samani.

I went for a recent hearing test at Hidden Hearing and was made most welcome by the staff. I was able to ask lots of questions as well as receive a lot of information about what hearing aids you do. I was not pushed into an immediate purchase, but had time to go home and think about, and I have now booked to go back again with view to purchase one of our hearing aids.

The Oticon hearing aid is by far the best available on the market.
