Autovia company robbed us 500€!!
We rent a car from this company for only 1 day. Before the rent, they want to make insurance for 50€. We refused it because we only used the car for just going to hotel and then coming back to the airport the other day.
The worker offered us a half price for insurance 24€. We also don't want it, and he last offered 24€+car upgrade and we also refused it.
The other day, we get their car back to the company. Because of we refused his offer yesterday, he talked with this friend who is a women worker and they investigated the car with an enlarger glass.
There is an accident, scratches before we rent the car and it was also shown on the voucher/agreement of our rent.
And there is also a scratch continues on the rim, because of the previous accident that human being cannot see without an enlarger glass.
Because of this scratch on the rim, they refused to give the 500€ deposit back. I said that can you prove that there is no scratch on the rim, their answer is this is your responsibility, we don't need to prove you that.
This company is a cheater, their business is tricky, their first aim is not to rent their car, their first aim is to rob you. This company is a robber and they want to charge you with stupid things. If I were you, I wouldn't rent a car from this company. In Malpensa, you can choose Enterprise & Centrauto companies.
PS: I work as an F/O in an Commercial Airliner Company in A320 type.

As a tourist I will neeeeever recommend renting cars from this company. Unfriendly, not interested in helping, bad customer service. The guy with glasses and big beard, which was renting us the car, litterally said “Can’t you read?”. Also the deposit takes forever to be returned.

Really good car rental near Milan…
Really good car rental near Milan Airport free shuttle pickup. Customer service was friendly but they push to have full insurance cover. My cover went up by 100euros but they give me free upgrade with 4x4 car. I was pleased.

We had a very good experience with Autovia, for only 8eur a day we were given a convertible Fiat500 which was a good deal.
No complaints here! Easy pick up and drop off. Very friendly staff.
Would definitely use them again

Malpensa was a bit confusing…
Pickup at Malpensa was a bit confusing but worked out fine. I had to wait a while since others were being checked in. The staff offered everyone an upgrade for more money. When I said I was fine with my Fiat, I was told it wasn't suitable for driving on the highway! I still did not upgrade and it was fine for my trip. They did change my drop off location without a problem since my itinerary had changed. The Padova staff was very helpful and efficient and even called a taxi for us- top grade for them!

Could not have been worse
The vehicle we were recently given in Milan could not have been worse. It was old with 150,000 km on it, it only had one windshield wiper blade, the A/C only worked on one speed, and the radio never quite worked right. Any company that still rents cars in this condition does not deserve a good review
