We were expecting a Kia (or similar). Booked through Economy Car Rentals. We have had problems with MGs before. This car like our previous MG did not have any power and we had to be very cautious entering roundabouts to accelerate out. Staff were really great.

Paid for insurance but bargain car rentals again as I paid it through the third party had no record of it as I had the paperwork wasn’t with me, it was at home, repaid it again to find out that I paid double and having trouble getting refunded lack of communication between the third-party and bargain car rentals

Poor Instructions at Airport to find Shuttle
There was no signposting at the airport on arrivals and the instructions given to find the shuttle pick up, took us round in circles. We were unable to connect to a human on the customer service phone number we were given. In the end we had to spend $30 on an uber to get to the rental pick up point.

Staff and people friendly and helped us…
Staff and people friendly and helped us out. The car, however, was a bit of a letdown. An MG with close to 100,000kms. Spongy brakes, soft transmission and a lot of dings and windscreen chips. Should have been gotten rid of earlier. Supposed to get a KIA Seltos (or similar!) The MG is not similar to a KIA. Much lower quality. It did the job though so I guess it was OK.

Very Disappointing Customer Experience – Unfair Damage Claim and Rude Treatment
I was very disappointed with my experience when returning the car, as your staff blamed me for damage that was already there before my rental.
The staff were rude and dismissive, and even asked me to leave while I had my 8-month-old baby in my arms.
I found the way I was treated completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
The evidence I provided does not support the claim that I caused the damage.
After this experience, I will never use your company again or recommend it to others.
