The car service pick up host was rude. It took 30mins to get the car out of the parking lot.

The service was good. I left my drivers license there even I didn’t know, the staff informed me by email and by phone and organized me picking up in near office.

I had booked a car with Bargain Car Rentals (Brisbane) and then afterwards read some reviews that had me really quite worried. But everything went seamlessly, I have no complaints at all and would 100% recommend them to others.

At the beginning very nice and cheap, but than they are charging expense that you haven’t done!

Customer service is again outstanding. Cars rental was again amazing.

Hassle free pick up & drop off from the airport, friendly staff in the office at Tweed Heads, car was reliable no issues, repeat customer discount given to us which always helps, just great service.

The car supplied was a Honda compact SUV. It was modern, comfortable and reasonably economical. The only frustration was that it did not have cruise control - 2500 Klm without cruise control was pretty frustrating!

So easy to work with both from Christchurch NZ and in Melbourne transfer bus always there when you get out of airport and at depot fast and easy at all points

The staff worked to our timeline .. pick up in the afternoon and delivery back mid morning 5 days later.
Car was in good condition and we returned it the same way.
we would definitely deal with Bargain Car Rentals again.

We were charged an additional $100 for $13 top up of fuel. It was checked at the Hobart airport by staff, with no problem - but after providing a good review, we were then invoiced a week later for fuel and surcharge. Wrote to them directly to resolve and was advised that they will not waiver the surcharge. We could have easily topped up at the airport, in plenty of time IF it was an issue at the time of return. We filled up close to drop off.

It wasn't absolute pleasure to hire through bargain car rentals again we've done it multiple times now the car was beautiful and clean very reliable last time we hired the mg this time that was the cherry amazing car did so much driving and only one tank of petrol last time the little mg set up two tanks of petrol me drove less we're so grateful for the discount that we were given from using bargain car rentals multiple times we've had family use this services and a very very happy with bargain car rentals look forward to the Future and many car hires ahead could not rate this company anymore I'll give them 10 out of 10 and more thank you very very much guys we had the best stay thanks to having a reliable on a cheap car to run and the customer service was amazing thanks again guys your sincerely Christopher gargula and family 🙏❤️💪

Service and shuttle was friendly. Pity about the car. It was so underpowered that we struggled to get to the Hahndorf We felt quite unsafe.
