Whenever I call to booking my parking
Whenever I call to booking my parking, for the Brentford home game, I always find the people I talk to polite, professional and helpful.
Lionel Primary School Parking. Have just read some reviews regarding this ideal parking spot. The comments are complete rubbish, yes there are a few spots that are tight to pass through but are passable, I do drive a biggish vehicle. Have parked here for 3 years along with many other people l have seen no issues from anyone parking. Yes when one leaves there is a fair amount of traffic always a very busy area leading to the Chiswick RAB and the M4. Cost of parking here is in my opinion very reasonable considering the location, which is very convenient for Brentford FC home ground and Kew Bridge

Lionel Rd School parking not recommended
Parked at Lionel Primary School yesterday evening for Kew the Music concert and would just like to warn people that the access to Lionel Rd and access to the parking area at the back of the school is unbelievably narrow. There are posts either side of the road entrance to restrict the access into Lionel Rd which give roughly a few inches either side of a normal car width it is extremely tight! We had a queue of people who helped each other through the posts by guiding each car through to avoid scraping their cars. Likewise the access between school buildings to get to parking area very very narrow. Sadly as a result could not recommend this car park and also we found out much cheaper alternatives are available closer to Kew

Complete shambles!
As Sharon’s review above, I also parked here for the Foo Fighters concert and found it to be completely unorganised after the event. We arrived early so had no issue getting in and parking up. The issue came when it was time to leave. We got in our car at 10:45pm and didn’t leave the car park until midnight. We sat in the queue barely moving whilst the stewards cleared out all the cars from the other side, seemingly ignoring all the vehicles in our queue. Cars were forcing their way in from the sides and there were no stewards managing this at all. I was expecting to see marshalls directing traffic to allow an even movement of cars but that wasn’t the case at all. I’ve never seen such aggressive driving as I witnessed last night by some people which I assume is born out of frustration at not being able to go anywhere as all the marshalls were at the entrance and none further down directing the traffic. I’ve never seen such a shambles in my life. Yes, you may have cleared all the vehicles in 90 minutes but there was no organisation to it at all and that’s the issue. Obviously, you don’t care that myself or Sharon won’t use your services again, you’ve made it quite clear in the nature of your response but at least people can use this information when they consider where to park in future. I should have gone with my first instinct and parked in town and then got the train or shuttle bus in. I spent longer sat in traffic in your car park than it took for me to drive home!

Parked at Holford Drive for the Foo Fighters gig on 27/06/24. The roads to the site were grid locked and it took a very long time to get in. I could deal with that as I was excited for the gig. Coming out it was the most un-organised mess. Plenty of stewards just stood doing nothing. We spent over 1 hour not moving which wasn't great as we have a 2.5 hour drive home. Would NOT use again
