I cannot fault the service I received from Victoria after receiving a court summons for prosecution by TfL.
After my initial enquiry Victoria contacted me back really quickly to discuss my case. She seemed really knowledgeable about any potential options and the process that would need to be followed. And I felt reassured that she had experience in dealing with these kinds of cases as I was so freaked out to get the summons.
She never guaranteed any outcomes but was hugely supportive and felt I had a good case to appeal for a formal warning. It felt like a huge amount of money to gamble when I’d been told that freedom pass misuse (even if accidental as in my case) is taken extremely seriously by TfL and a low chance of successfully avoiding the prosecution. Ive been using BSB for years now mainly Jim Skelsey, or if he could not attend he would send some one just as good to attend any case i may have forwarded to him. I had a driving case yesterday that i was pretty sure i was looking at a band for drug driving but to my suprise the colleague he sent Mr. Black told me that charge was dropped and i left with a fine and 8 points due to not being insured and having a little canabis. I left happy knowing i can still drive.
