I was grateful to BSB Solicitors for their assistance in successfully resolving my fare evasion matter. I will be eternally thankful to Victoria Duffy for making things happen. I was so shattered and depressed since I had some technical issues with my bank and was unaware of the seriousness of the situation, so I simply gave my information to the inspector when he said I hadn't paid. I was very worried when I received the letters. For some reason, I was unable to acquire evidence from my bank and did not receive an appropriate response from them as well. Nobody believed me, including my sister, and I contacted other solicitors, some of them were arrogant and treated me as a criminal.

I first contacted BSB Solicitors during the Christmas holiday because I received a letter regarding a fare Evasion that happened back in October 23. The threat of a criminal record had me worried but after the initial call with BSB, I was reassured and Jonathan Black reached out to me in a few minutes.
