great if they hadn’t dropped covering laptops:(
Overall the company was pleasant and easy to deal with. Never had to make a claim. Only 3 stars because they have stopped insuring laptops and now I cand find anywhere to insure my laptop as it’s over 6months old and top speck. Nightmare

Excellent insurance cover. Fantastic customer service. I experienced problems with my GoPro. I sent it off and received a brand new one. I would highly recommend this company.

Sadly disappointed
Very hard to get hold of anyone to discuss anything. Not made aware that cover had ended! Apparently was sent renewal reminders, but when called to ask why direct debit not taken, was told that wouldn’t offer cover for my MacBook Pro anymore. I’d suggest looking for a more established and engaging company for your insurance!
