I had my original review removed seems like they have a positive rating because they understand how to use the trust pilot system!
Captain cover service did not provide a quick turnaround on the repair service 5-7 days quoted.
They did not offer an alternative repair service.
I have since found that I can get the repair done by taking the device to a repair centre and they will turn it around in 1 hour!

Shocking service
Really shock with the fact that I had to send my phone off myself to be fix. This is the first insurance company I know that doesn't offer replacement phones right away or send someone to pick up the broken. It's been over a week and still no phone. Had to buy a cheap replacement which doesn't have all the function that I need for my work. I work has been greatly effected. I won't be renewing my insurance with captain cover again and won't recommend captain cover to any of my friends.
