Always a good experience with Carpet Avenue. We've bought several carpets, all good quality and beautiful. We also had to return one some time ago, 0 hassle. This is my go-to shop for rugs.

Huge variety of carpets and great customer service
Via Carpetavenue I bought both prestigious carpets - like a huge Bidjar for my living room and a wonderful Bokhara 2ply for my corridor - and more simple carpets - Lori Loom, one quite marvellous actually - for the kitchen and the bedrooms. The variety of qualities and prices make their stock unbeatable. Their customer service qualifies as the best across the online commerce I know. They are fast, reliable, mannered - you name it.

The customer service was really great and personal. Got a phone call to double-check whether I was aware that I bought a fragmented piece of a carpet. Delivery was fast and the carpet is of perfect quality.
