Always a good experience with Carpet Avenue. We've bought several carpets, all good quality and beautiful. We also had to return one some time ago, 0 hassle. This is my go-to shop for rugs.

The carpet I have ordered added a lovely touch of colorful and prominent beauty. It has also brought a piece of culture and deep history of far away places to my place. In addition to the beauty and quality of the carpet, the Excellent customer services I have experienced with Carpet Avenue encouraged me to leave this very positive feedback. Unbeatable customer service & quality / price relation
After months of search for the right carpet among the many possible alternatives in the market, I finally ordered a large Birjand (Herati pattern / simil-Moud) of semi-fine quality via Carpetavenue.nl. I wasn't new to the online market of Persian carpets,.but new to this dealer, which I have approached via email several times before making up my mind and ordering the Birjand, which I have finally chosen also for what it seemed an unbeatable quality/price relation (seen the knots density and size especially).
Of all purchases, this is the best I've ever made - and the best assistance I have ever received, to the point that Alexandra (from the Customer Service) deserves acknowledgment in public: thank you, Alexandra! You helped me greatly, were impressively timely.in responding and did all you could to support the process. The carpet is marvellous and I could not be happier.
