I give them 4 stars because of their very prompt and friendly customer service and support. The carpet was supposed to be free of remarks, but eventually had some defects. I returned the carpet and they repaid me quickly! I suggest to add movies of the carpets for a better and more reallistic presentation to avoid high shipping costs.
Generally, the carpet was in good shape but had somemissed knots due to age, ehich was not repsired.

With 50-80 year old carpets, it cannot be ruled out that they have been used at some point. Carpets that old are often stored for a long time before they reach us. Every carpet goes through an inspection and is washed as soon as it reaches us. We will gladly pass on your suggestion for improvement.
